"The toilet/washroom was stinking, it was not maintained clean, sliding glass doors were damaged, a thief could enter our room easily, although it offers a view of the valley, but safety was compromised. The towels were dirty, ordinary soap was given, not recommended for couples or families. 4"

"First of all, rooms were not at all clean, just floor were kept clean. Lizard was roaming around. I booked these rooms with breakfast, and unfortunately a day before plan got changed and i didn't want complimentary breakfast next day, so i requested to refund the amount whatever could be refunded, they straight away declined andwe checked out by paying amount for breakfast for 5 guests without having breakfast."
