Stay away from this hotel. Some of the issues we found were dirty toilets and rooms, aircon do not work, rooms without working lights, and staff/management were really rude after we complaint about these issues. Definetively, not a place I will recommend or come back.

Wij zijn hier gaan zwemmen met 7 personen. Van tevoren op hun website gekeken wat de prijzen en voorwaarden zijn. Het was echt een spookhotel. Wij waren de enige gasten daar. Er waren ontzettend veel muggen rond het zwembad. Wij vroegen om badlakens omdat er op hun site staat aangegeven dat je ze gratis krijgt, dus waarom zouden we ze zelf meenemen. Maar bij het afrekenen werd er 5€ per badlaken gerekend. We hebben laten zien dat er op hun eigen website staat vermeld dat t gratis is. Deze medewerker heeft toen geappt met de “manager” Ricardo en zijn reactie was kort en duidelijk: IS FAKE. En bij de balie liggen visitekaartjes met exact dezelfde website. Zogenaamde manager weet zelf niet wat er op hun website staat of heeft geen idee hoe een website eruit ziet. Maar één ding is zeker, professionaliteit, klantvriendelijk is ver de zoeken hier. We hebben uiteindelijk gewoon 5€ per badlaken moeten afrekenen.
