"I’m very disappointed at the service. The receptionist was in a foul mood because she need to start working early, no one help me with the luggage and they don’t even provide water on arrival. the hotel has lots of stairs the location is near the city centre, but the area does not look very safe."

"Rzadko opuszczam opinie, ale czuję, że muszę wroga w tym hotelu. Zarezerwowaliśmy przez ****** gdzie opinie były w ogóle pozytywne. Przybyliśmy na check-in i depozyt (który był tylko gotówką) był dwukrotnie cytowany przez expedia ...100$... mieliśmy naprawdę świetny pobyt aż sprawdziliśmy. Nasz pokój został sprawdzony przez front desk i powiedział, że będzie to 40$, ponieważ wzięliśmy zdalną. (Newsflash : nie) nigdy nie mielismy pilota w pokoju. Wyjaśniliśmy to i chcieliśmy pozwolić pracownikom przeszukać nasze worki. Pracownik powiedział, że nawet jeśli nic nie znajdzie w naszych torbach, nadal będziemy obciążeni. W międzyczasie, pracownik zadzwonił do swojego menedżera, a następnie poinformował nas, że to będzie cała depozyt. Zapytałem ją wielokrotnie, aby zadzwonić do menedżera, żebym mógł z nim porozmawiać, a ona odmówiła. Nawet miałem jej podpis mój depozyt, gdzie napisałem, że nie zadzwoni do menedżera.Ponadto zaproponowała, aby włożyć moje informacje bankowe do HER TELEFON (nie komputer) w przypadku, gdy znajdą zdalną i mogli zwrócić nam zwrot. Patrząc na internet, widzę, że to się stało także z innymi ludźmi. Chociaż pokój był miły i niektóre recenzje są pozytywne, ostrzegam innych o pobycie w tym hotelu."

"I enjoyed the warm and friendly owners and staff at Guesthouse Amice in Paramaribo, Suriname. My room was thoroughly cleaned daily. They served a nice breakfast every morning. I had to be in Suriname for my research, and especially after business hours, it was nice and quiet, allowing me to work effectively in the late afternoon and evening. Although I did not make use of it, many guests used the refreshing pool on very hot days. I recommend this location to anyone looking for an alternative to a big hotel when visiting Paramaribo."

"It was a nice and quite place with good personal who are very helpful. I enjoyed every night after an busy schedule of the ambiance and fresh air. When I come back I will definitely stay there again. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby and you're privacy is guaranteed."
