What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

Gastgeber, sowie Unterkerfunt waren perfekt. Die Unterkunft wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt und der Gastgeber war stets mit Tipps und Ratschlägen da um uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. 5 Sterne - wir kommen wieder.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

The place was very modern, lovely decorated, clean, and very quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was only one down side about the hotel, we booked our stay with breakfast which was taken in a restaurant opposite the hotel which was fine to us but they limited the amount of food we could ordered 😓 only one drink, one dish and two slices of bread per person ☹️if one would choose eggs it was only two eggs per person. I do not eat a lot in the mornings but if one does then my advice is to don’t have breakfast included in your booking.

Prawdziwa dziewczyna z jedzeniem i fantastycznymi widokami. Byłyśmy bardzo szczęśliwi, że wybraliśmy ten hotel.Jest to wszystko nowe, czyste i istnieje fantastyczne atmosfery spokoju i relaksu. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z restauracji hotelowej. Od Włochów, zawsze jesteśmy trochę sceptyczny hahaha .... Tam obiadliśmy jedną noc i świeża ryba była wyjątkowa. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było również super, z wieloma lokalnymi i świeżymi opcjami. Zdjęcia basenu są 100% realistyczne (prawdopodobnie pojawia się wątpliwość, ale są absolutnie podobne do zdjęć): jest niesamowity basen z masażem wody w pobliżu, a wszystko z widokiem na morze i inny normalny basen, który nie jest gigantyczny, ale jest Piękny, ponieważ można pływać, odprężyć i podziwiać krajobraz i zachód słońca. Nasz pokój był przestronny, nowoczesny i z prywatnym balkonem, intymny i bez hałasu, a także cieszyliśmy się krajobrazem. Pracownicy są bardzo przyjazne i profesjonalne. Dziękuję Florian i Johana (Mam nadzieję, że napisałem nazwiska w prawo) za taką dostępność od początku do końca. Ah, ważne uwaga: przed rezerwacją, czytałem kilka recenzji na Google, które mówiły o drodze do przyjazdu, mówiąc, że to było straszne i niebezpieczne. Tak, droga jest w górę, ale jest całkowicie wykonalna i w cementu i po prostu chodziło na fortepian; nie pozwólcie się tego bać, bo widok i spokój, który macie z góry jest warte wzniesienia! Możemy tylko polecić!

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

The hotel staff was friendly , and have a lovely stay in the hotel for 3 nights with amazing views from my room.. and is very convenient place, highly recommend.

Wonderful balcony with sea view, overlooking the private beach. Breakfast is average. 20-30 minutes walk to town centre.

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.
