We check in very late and very tired, so only can share my experience base on the room . comfortable beds and very clean, beautiful design of shower room and the TV decoration also unique Since we must check out early morning so we can't enjoy the breakfast Check in process is very fast, and she's really known her job, I forgot her name, she's very pretty too She offer us to visit famous destination nearby, but we are too tired already Overall it's very nice hotel , highly recommended

Добрый день. Были в этом отели 3 дня,номер был на 18 этаже,вид прекрасный. Завтрак понравился,не сильно разнообразный,но вкусный. Единственный момент,который был не совсем понятен, обязательный депозит 300$ о котором нигде не сказано, на наши комментарии что мини бар не будет использоваться, ответили требования обязательные. Также сантехника в ванной требует провести работы по замене,уже сильно устала. Но в общем отель оставил приятные впечатления.

The men at the front desk were great. However, the housekeeper stole my pair of Fendi earrings that I did complain about at check out after I realized it was missing. I am very disappointed in that because I didn’t even ask for my room to be cleaned. It was stolen during the cleaning process.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

I had a great stay at Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals. The check in process was smooth and easy, and the location is excellent, very central and just a few blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires, which made getting around the city really convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and the amenities met all my needs. One thing I really appreciated was that they were able to hold my bags after checkout since I had a late flight, that made a big difference. I also want to give a special mention to Julia, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made the whole process seamless. The building also felt secure, with controlled access for entry and exit. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion. The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance. Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.

I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .
