„Positive Clean and spacious room with hot water. Staff doesn't speak English, but is very friendly. Communication via the translation app went well. Location is close to the YaQing busstation, it's a five minute walk. Negative Other guests can be quite noisy in the hallway, keeping their door open for others to hear their loud conversations. The hotel should enforce a general policy for guests to be quiet after 10pm. The room on the streetside is quite noisy. You can hear music coming from the shops in the street. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Not much variety. And no tea or coffee whatsoever. The wifi is very slow.”

„非常滿意👍，不是因為酒店環境，是對的人。 來的時候已是深夜，毛店長在前台張羅着，詢問我們有沒有高反，在高原待了這麼多天了，還是第一次有酒店關心我們是否身體不適，很暖心。 第二天早上吃早餐又看見了毛店長，她記得每個人的需求，在煮麪煮混沌完成的情況下，通知到大家，這樣的服務，這樣的人，讓我印象深刻。 走的時候，毛店長給我們送了葡萄糖水，給小朋友送了棒棒糖🍭，還給我們送了便攜式的充電線，真的是太棒了👏，我們感受到了被照顧，不僅是住店，還延伸到了離開後的旅程中，這是我第一次住漢庭，也因為有這樣一位店長，印象深刻，點贊👍”

My husband was sick when we arrived. The staff were amazing: they brought him an extra blanket, water, fruit and a bottle of oxygen. They took very good care of us. All of the staff were excellent in every way, but I'd like to thank Xiang Qiuhui Meidou (向秋梅朵) in particular for her kindness and help. I would definitely stay here again, five stars all around.

Wonderful property, probably the best in town. Friendly and helpful staff took the time to assist me with a few travel issues. Room was comfortable and had amazing views. The restaurant was also very good for dinner. I would definitely stay here again when in Ganzi.

The hotel is located right next to the bus station, which was very convenient to catch the early bus to Chengdu. The staff was really nice and patient with me. The breakfast was good, typical ******* but you have to come early otherwise the left options are limited. I can only recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Ganzi.

We have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

This hotel was a gem on my trip! The owner was incredibly welcoming, helping with my luggage as soon as I arrived and even chatting about local sightseeing, treating me like a friend. The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were crisp and fresh, and even the table was spotless. Parking was also incredibly convenient, with a large parking lot, so there was no problem getting there by car. Everyone at the front desk, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, was exceptionally kind and attentive to any needs. The best part was the view from the room – opening the curtains revealed snow-capped mountain peaks, and waking up to the sunrise over the golden mountains was breathtaking. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The staff were extremely nice and polite, helped me arrange my trip, got me a ride to the bus station and even waited until I got on the bus. Even though everything was done with translation apps they were really patient and helpful. The breakfast is also nice and filling.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff are super helpful and nice. They helped me find. Driver for the next part of my journey. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect. (I found a cigarette butt in my room when I moved in, but the staff apologized and immediately came to clean.) My room was high enough that my view was to the beautiful mountains, and not of the gas station across the road from the hotel. It was a fine hotel for the price that I paid.

The location is very convenient for me, as it is between the old town and the bus station - so i can walk to both. The staff go above-and-beyond for their guests, very helpful and kind. Balcony was a nice bonus. My only issue was cigarettes left on the floor in my room, carpet has burn marks and the cleanliness was lacking… Note; this hotel is friendly to foreigners, which is very good!
