Our stay at the Silk Commerce Clubhouse in Wuzhen wasn’t just a hotel visit; it was an experience of sublime harmony. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere where history and contemporary luxury are woven together with impeccable taste. The property itself is a masterpiece of preservation. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. Splendid Clubhouse is rated the topmost scenic hotel in Wuzhen, and guests are allocated a butler to assist on arrival at the ancient water town's tourist centre. Our butler was JiaJia, a very attentive lady who got in touch with us on WeChat even before our arrival. She coordinated with our precious hotel to ensure we wouldn't get lost after reaching Wuzhen's tourist entrance. We were brought to our hotel on a traditional river boat. Along the way we had our breath taken away by awesome views we could only once imagine. The hotel occupies a building that was once home to a wealthy shipbuilder. His main hall is conserved as a showcase and photo site for hotel guests. There are quiet and shaded courtyards on hotel grounds for tea, rest, and reflection. I packed my family into a 2-bedroom unit that overlooks a public garden. I was told that this garden is covered in flowers in spring and summer. It is barren now in winter, but still pretty to me. We got to pre-order breakfast in the hotel, as well as a room fragrance (I picked rose!). Location is splendid. Many top food stalls and restaurants are just one either side of the hotel entrance, and one can easily get to all of Wuzhen's top sights on foot. Be sure to eat a meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the Osmanthus roasted duck is so delicious and memorable!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries. The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries! What stood out to me most was the décor throughout the hotel. Tasteful, elegant, and inviting, with a great attention to detail. Whether in the lobby, dining area, or hallways, everything was beautifully arranged and created a truly welcoming atmosphere. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!

Wuzhen Club House – A Perfect One-Night Retreat I only stayed one night, but Wuzhen Club House turned a quick stop-over into a little holiday. From the moment I rolled my suitcase through the wooden gate, everything felt effortless. The room: I opened the door to a huge suite that felt twice the size of most hotels and the bathroom is excellent. Little touches during my stay with booking amazing restaurant for dinner and support me to arrange the taxi to go to station If you have even one night in Wuzhen, give it to Wuzhen Club House. I’m already plotting an excuse to come back for two.

Eden House is truly the best hotel in Wuzhen. This is our second time staying here, and once again the experience was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel still arranged for someone to meet us and help us check in smoothly. They even recommended a wonderful restaurant and took great care when handling and delivering our luggage. A special thanks to the customer service manager, Xiao Xu, who provided outstanding and highly professional service throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Eden House and will definitely come back again !

Fantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

Amazing location, located inside the west gate scenic area. Nice breakfast, if you want to experience Wuzhen Zhao Cha Ke breakfast inside the scenic area, you can request it at the reception counter. Free 24hrs transport within the scenic area. Cozy and clean, friendly staff. Free entrance tickets included to the west gate scenic area. Just leave your language at the West Gate scenic entrance registration counter and they will send them to your hotel free of charge.

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Przywiozłem moich starszych do Wuzhen na Chiński Nowy Rok. Nadszedł Sylwester. To rzeczywiście mądry wybór, aby zatrzymać się w hotelu Zhenshui. Xiao Chen, personel hotelu, który właśnie przyjechał, przyjechał po mnie. Podczas W okresie sylwestrowym utworzono także grupę obsługi VIP, która miała świadczyć specjalne usługi dla mojej rodziny. Wieczorny bufet w restauracji zachodniej kosztował 198 za osobę. To także świetna okazja. Bóg Bogactwa przyjechał, aby świętować Nowy Rok. Kiedy się dzisiaj wymeldowaliśmy, hotelowa obsługa VIP pomogła nam znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Hotel zwolnił również gości z opłat parkingowych. Dziękujemy Xiao Chen, Xiao Liu i Xiao Li za potraktowanie nas tym razem. Cały proces obsługi był natychmiastowy, a każda prośba została natychmiast zrealizowana. Kelnerzy w każdej części hotelu byli bardzo entuzjastyczni, łącznie z recepcją, gdy nie znałam drogi, ciocie sprzątające, i kelnerzy, którzy prowadzili obsługę przechodząc obok hotelu. Wszyscy zapewniali entuzjastyczną obsługę i sprawili, że byłem szczęśliwy. Naprawdę doświadczyłem serdecznej obsługi gości. Zatrzymam się w tym hotelu ponownie, gdy następnym razem przyjadę do Wuzhen. Osoby starsze również wystawił bardzo dobre recenzje na temat tego hotelu. Naprawdę czułem się jak w domu. Dziękuję bardzo hotelowi Zhenshui za zapewnienie nam specjalnej obsługi noworocznej.
