„This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.”

„✨Hidden Gem by South Lake | Hyatt Place Jiaxing South Lake Visiting Jiaxing, I stayed at this newly opened Hyatt Place, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel perfectly blends the charm of Jiangnan water towns with modern design. The lobby is spacious, and the central courtyard has an amazing atmosphere. The hotel's concierge service was superb. Before checking in, they proactively understood our needs and secured an excellent room type for us, arranging a sofa bed for the child. The front desk provided a complimentary room upgrade, welcome fruit, and free parking – it was truly worry-free. The actual stay was exactly as depicted in the design photos; there was no difference between the 'buyer's show' and the 'seller's show'! The location is a real plus. Just outside, you'll find Nanhu Tiandi, and it's a short stroll directly to the edge of South Lake. Watching the lake view in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering comfortable views. The bedding is soft, making for a great sleeping experience. The room comes with a sofa bed, which is very thoughtful for families with children as no extra bed is needed. The breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Besides the standard dishes, there are also local Jiaxing specialties, and the freshly ground coffee is delicious. The 24-hour gym allows for workouts anytime, and there are plenty of charging stations, making it very car-friendly. The front desk staff was patient, check-in was fast, and the overall service was gentle and attentive. Whether it's for a short getaway from Shanghai or Hangzhou, a family trip, or a business trip, this is an excellent choice for a stay in Jiaxing. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to South Lake!”

„We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.”
