„Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! Breakfast was decent and the lobby had a lot of free snacks. The parking facilities were also very good for the car. The room itself was okay and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The only downside was that the shower head was very unstable which caused the whole bathroom to be sprayed wet everytime you shower. But overall, I would recommend the hotel!”

„the location is next to Love River, 10mins walk from underground station, nor far from Wu Fu 4th road, also supermarket and convenient shops nearby, very basic just a room, self room check in/out ,no staff available there, good for backpackers or solo travelers, the flashing point of the place is a washing machine inside the room, handy for those who do laundry daily, for the price paid there are other choice in the area.”

„Hotel Just Sleep Kaoshiung is conveniently located between Kaoshiung Main Station and Formosa Boulevard Station. It is also within walking distance to convenience stores and Liuhe Night Market. As for the hotel room, we booked a family room. The room is very spacious for a family of four and our 3 large luggage bags. Plenty of walking spaces too.👍👍 The service is awesome and the reception is warm. Although the aircon for our original room was not working despite the hotel’s attempt to fix it, the staff offered us another room and even allowed us to try out the air con before confirming the room. That really saved us else we would have to suffer due to poor ventilation for the 3 nights’ stays. 👍👍👏👏 As for the hotel wifi, it does not work well. Probably the hotel wants us to just sleep at night and not to surf the internet. Hahaha…. 😁😉 The hotel also offers free usage of the washing machines located at 3rd floor. However the heater is charged at NTD 10 per 10 minutes. Oh a thing to note is that the pillows are too soft to our liking. It is difficult to sleep with it although the mattresses are really firm. 😆😆 din sleep well though. And for our room that faced the main street, it could be noisy in the morning. We could hear the traffic. As for breakfast, the hotel serves it from 6.30am to 10.00am. We booked our room with breakfast, however, we didn’t really get to enjoy the breakfast as we woke up late. So it is really up to individual to decide if they would want to include breakfast in their hotel package. Overall, it is really a decent hotel with friendly staffs who are always ready to offer their service. 🎉🎉👍👍👌👌”

„Overall, the hotel is decent and comfortable for a stay. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is eco-friendly, so single-use personal care items like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided; they are available at the counter for 20 NTD if needed. Shower foam and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There are also no bottled water amenities, but you can boil your own water in the room. One feature I really appreciated was the laundry room. As someone who likes to wash clothes while travelling, this was a big plus. It isn’t free (50 NTD for washing and another 50 NTD for drying), but I find the pricing reasonable. The hotel also offers free biscuits and drinks during the day at Level 16, which guests are welcome to enjoy. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a FamilyMart and the Cianjin MRT station. What I didn’t particularly like, although I understand the eco-friendly concept, was that some basic hotel service felt lacking. Late at night, I called the front desk to request paper and a pen, and was told I had to go down to collect it myself. Personally, after showering and settling in for the night, I didn’t expect to have to go downstairs for such a small request, and it was mildly frustrating, so I chose not to collect it and only asked again the following day. That said, I’m not sure if this was due to a particular staff member. My interactions with other front desk staff were generally positive, they were helpful with directions and assisted me with booking a taxi in advance. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, though service consistency could be improved slightly.”

„The room is spacious. Breakfast is basic but acceptable. The bed is a bit too soft for my preference. Additionally, the bathroom shower is only separated by a curtain, so the toilet floor gets wet after showering, which can be inconvenient for use afterward”

„My stay at Urban 333 Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are modern and spotless, with comfy beds and a great view. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Kaohsiung's vibrant city life. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. A solid choice for a stylish and comfortable stay in Kaohsiung.”

„The facilities were clean, and the location was excellent. One clear advantage was that the room itself was extremely clean, which was the biggest positive point of this stay. However, honestly, I paid $504 for one night, and early check-in was not available. I was also unable to use the complimentary drink coupons. Although I waited, the venue was not open for long hours, so I ultimately could not use the coupons at all. In addition, hotel guests were not given priority, and people with reservations stayed seated for a very long time. Even with a reservation, I had to wait nearly two hours. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why drink coupons are provided. I appreciate that complimentary food was offered, but the taste was just average. I stayed here only because there were no other hotel options available that day. While the room cleanliness was excellent, I feel that there are many hotels with similar cleanliness at a much lower price. If asked to stay again, I would not choose this hotel at this price, as the service did not meet expectations.”
