„Overall, the hotel is decent and comfortable for a stay. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is eco-friendly, so single-use personal care items like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided; they are available at the counter for 20 NTD if needed. Shower foam and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There are also no bottled water amenities, but you can boil your own water in the room. One feature I really appreciated was the laundry room. As someone who likes to wash clothes while travelling, this was a big plus. It isn’t free (50 NTD for washing and another 50 NTD for drying), but I find the pricing reasonable. The hotel also offers free biscuits and drinks during the day at Level 16, which guests are welcome to enjoy. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a FamilyMart and the Cianjin MRT station. What I didn’t particularly like, although I understand the eco-friendly concept, was that some basic hotel service felt lacking. Late at night, I called the front desk to request paper and a pen, and was told I had to go down to collect it myself. Personally, after showering and settling in for the night, I didn’t expect to have to go downstairs for such a small request, and it was mildly frustrating, so I chose not to collect it and only asked again the following day. That said, I’m not sure if this was due to a particular staff member. My interactions with other front desk staff were generally positive, they were helpful with directions and assisted me with booking a taxi in advance. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, though service consistency could be improved slightly.”

It’s just a short walk away from the famous Liuhe Night Market, where you can enjoy delicious local street food and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere. Central Park is also nearby, offering a great place to relax or take a stroll. Transportation is incredibly accessible, making it easy to get around the city and explore even more. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, this hotel offers great value and convenience. I highly recommend Sky One Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay!”

„The hotel location is honestly perfect. It’s right next to Formosa Boulevard Metro station and the exit has an escalator so no worries if you have heavy luggage! The hotel lobby is pretty beautiful and the coffee bar is free. I was upgraded to the top floor of the hotel! Bathroom is nice and big. Bed is comfortable but the pillows are so soft — I ended up with some neck pain. Snacks and bottled water provided everyday in the room. Unfortunately the room is a bit dark even with all the lights on - and we found some hair in the room on the bed and in the carpet that did not match our hair colour so it must’ve been left behind by a previous guest or housekeeping. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with many western and Asian options and the staff are very nice. Rooftop is beautiful at night for a drink. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market for all the yummy foods! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kaohsiung! The city was lit up so beautiful for the TWICE concerts! Love Kaohsiung!”

„One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, staff is super attentive and friendly.. really everything perfect. It was my birthday when I checked out and they even gave me a present.. unbelievably nice! I would always come back here and can highly recommend. And the pool is awesome too! Great place!!”

„The facilities were clean, and the location was excellent. One clear advantage was that the room itself was extremely clean, which was the biggest positive point of this stay. However, honestly, I paid $504 for one night, and early check-in was not available. I was also unable to use the complimentary drink coupons. Although I waited, the venue was not open for long hours, so I ultimately could not use the coupons at all. In addition, hotel guests were not given priority, and people with reservations stayed seated for a very long time. Even with a reservation, I had to wait nearly two hours. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why drink coupons are provided. I appreciate that complimentary food was offered, but the taste was just average. I stayed here only because there were no other hotel options available that day. While the room cleanliness was excellent, I feel that there are many hotels with similar cleanliness at a much lower price. If asked to stay again, I would not choose this hotel at this price, as the service did not meet expectations.”

„I really enjoyed staying at Q21 Hotel. The staff was very helpful. My room was extremely clean. The hotel offered free use of the laundry facilities. The Kaohsiung MRT was only a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.”

„Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.”

„Great Location, just 1 min walk from the metro station. Check in at 30F, Guest rooms are from 23th to 29th floors. Elevators are excruciating long, especially when one of them was under repair when I was there. I got a bigger room, without window. Breakfast was passable, there is a small lounge area at the restaurant area for all guests, offering small snacks and some beverages.”

„Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! Breakfast was decent and the lobby had a lot of free snacks. The parking facilities were also very good for the car. The room itself was okay and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The only downside was that the shower head was very unstable which caused the whole bathroom to be sprayed wet everytime you shower. But overall, I would recommend the hotel!”
