„目前在西藏住的最舒服的一次，預訂後還沒到酒店，客服已經把房間的氧氣打開了，加濕器也打開了，服務沒的説。到了酒店，客服看到帶着小朋友，立馬送拖鞋和牙刷，説天氣乾燥還多送了好幾瓶礦泉水。給我們升級了房間，真的是感謝。出門逛街的時候，還叮囑我們天氣冷，穿厚點不要着涼。房間設備都很完善，吸氧氣是兩個，完全夠用了。這是西藏之行，唯一一家酒店是兩個氧氣口。躺在床上就能看到日照金山，客服還貼心告知時間。總之滿意的很！！！”

„I have mixed feelings of this hotel. Maybe my own fault but I thought this hotel was associated with the more famous Intercontinental hotel brand. I felt a bit disappointed when I realised it wasn’t.
The hotel was right at the foot of Mount Kailash which was the purpose of our trip however was disappointed as the hotel doesn’t have a great view of Kailash.
I want to give positive comments as the hotel had a lot going for it, such as full body massage chair in the room, smart voice controls for the room but we didn’t use any of these.
The cleanliness of the room was also lacking and the shower facilities was not as good as some other hotels we’ve experienced on our Tibet trip.
We had a second a second night booked at this hotel but we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.”

„By coincidence, I booked this newly opened RV hotel. I stayed for two nights and the experience was very good. Although the sparrow is small and complete, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, oxygen generator, toilet and bathroom, and wifi. „來岡仁波齊轉山，本來住的雲天，因為遇到景區封閉的情況，換到了紅房子。真的是意外驚喜，相對雲天動輒近2000的價格，紅房子性價比高，地暖很新，房間温度保持的很好，也有氧氣機提供，熱水也很穩定，關鍵房間比雲天還乾淨，打掃的也很積極，雲天我當時和前台及服務員提了3次打掃，結果到了很晚才有人來打掃了一下，相對於按摩椅這種噱頭，我更傾向於紅房子的設備新，乾淨，前台和經理都積極熱情，服務很好，非常推薦…”

GGuest UserThe most surprising thing about the hotel is that the room is equipped with a massage chair. The two of us took turns to enjoy it, from the shoulder and neck to the waist, the massage strength was just right, and the fatigue disappeared instantly.
The hotel hardware is first-class in Taqin: the oxygen supply facilities are stable and effectively relieve high anti-disease. The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious and the buffet breakfast was rich. The staff was warm and thoughtful.
The hotel is in a good location, located in the small town of Tartin, very close to the Gang Rinpoche Scenic Area, and convenient for supply around.

It was already 10:30 in the evening when I turned back to the mountain before closing the mountain. It was too cold to say anything. Wwanglefeng001首先真的要表揚老闆.真的非常認真負責.而且也非常感動.我們連住三天最後一天要去岡仁波齊轉山.
我們高估了自己.以為一天可以轉完.結果到下午6:00才轉到止熱寺.然後中午和老闆聯繫説我們今天下不來了.能不能幫我們把東西收起來.房間退掉.等我們轉山下來在住.老闆的格局我驚呆了.説沒事.現在淡季.也理解你們一天轉不下來給我們留房了.別的不説.真的好感動.不過後麪我們身體原因還是喊了救援車下來了.山上根本沒有辦法休息.
這家酒店非常的乾淨衞生.洗手間是乾濕分離的.南方人表示非常滿意.
酒店大廳也有氧氣瓶可以租.
停車場也非常方便.我們一路同行的人住的別的酒店.後面還是換到了這家.因為衞生真的很好.洗護用品也非常全面.吹風機也非常不錯.有地暖有氧氣機.
還是不推薦大家住那種茶館住宿一起的.

WWoen-luomanniqianlong我在轉岡仁波齊的路上，一直在想：到底是什麼，讓這麼多人走向這座山？
是信仰，是風景，還是想找一找那個不一樣的自己？
岡仁波齊，在藏傳佛教中是神聖的存在。很多人轉山，是為了朝聖，積累功德，祈求平安。也有人，是為了那一刻站在雪山腳下、被湖泊和草原包圍的震撼。當然，還有人是想挑戰自己——用腳步丈量信念，用堅持迴應高原的呼喚。
我想，每一個走向這裏的人，內心都有一座自己的山。他們堅定、温暖、勇敢，也懂得生活真正的樣子。
我是2025年9月14日至17日入住這家酒店的，連續三晚。寫這篇，也是想給以後來轉山的你，一點實實在在的參考。
塔爾欽小鎮，藏語意思是“神山與聖湖之間”，就像它的名字一樣——安靜、遙遠，卻充滿力量。
住在這裏，你有幾種選擇：酒店、民宿，或者乾脆帳篷、車裡。看自己適合哪一種。
📍 選酒店，我最看中這兩點：
一是離轉山起點近。塔爾欽不大，但從鎮口到經幡廣場還有一段距離。住得近，第二天能多睡會兒，省體力也省車費。回來的時候，更是恨不得一秒躺平。
二是接送服務。提前問清楚酒店是否提供接送（免費or收費），真的很影響體驗。
🏔️ 關於高海拔：
塔爾欽海拔約4600米，如果你是直接抵達，強烈建議第一晚選有供氧的酒店，好好休息才能更好轉山。如果已經從拉薩等地慢慢適應過來，可能會好一些。
🛏️ 設施方面：
供暖：晚上非常冷，地暖/空調/電熱毯真的救命。
氧氣：彌散供氧或床頭氧氣管，能極大緩解高反，睡個好覺。
熱水：24小時熱水在這兒是奢侈，但至少問清楚供應時間段。
Wi-Fi：大部分有網，但別指望太快，安心“離線”一段時間也不錯。
🍽️ 吃飯：
酒店一般有餐廳，川菜、藏餐、小火鍋都有。也可以去鎮上其他餐館換換口味。
這次我住的是歡悦酒店，比較之後覺得性價比很合適：
位置極好，離轉山起終點非常近；設施齊全且乾淨，彌散氧+鼻吸管雙供氧方式，房間還有加濕器，插座管夠，窗簾都是電動的。
最驚喜的是早餐！自助式，熱粥、雞蛋、包子饅頭、玉米紅薯、桂花發糕、炒菜…吃得好暖和，出門都更有勁。
當然，也要客觀説兩句：酒店周邊部分區域還在裝修，環境略雜亂；電梯還沒裝好，得爬兩層樓（但工作人員會主動幫忙搬行李！）；偶爾房間廁所有反味，店長説已在改進。
不過，在4600米的高原上，我們已經覺得很知足了。
轉山結束後，我們還去了古格王朝、穹窿銀城、瑪旁雍錯和拉昂措，甚至一路闖上“旱地拔葱”的埡口，最後從阿里飛往喀什——整段旅程圓滿得像一場夢。
更幸運的是，轉山那天我們躲過了冰雹和大雪，一路經歷陽光、陣雨、小冰雹和彩虹……就像山神輕輕揮手，送了我們一份温柔的禮物。
這一路，是身體的地獄，眼睛的天堂，更是心靈的歸途。
