It is new hotel with many restaurants nearby. Its is within walking distance to ZhuJiang Food Street. The XiaoDu in our room is not very responsive and we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning as we thought it was centrally controlled. Thus the room felt quite warm. It was our mistake for not clarifying with the staff.

The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. I was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.

My recent stay at 譽house高空海景Loft公寓 was largely positive, and I would like to share my insights regarding the experience. The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy. A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers. Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous. In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Amazing service by the very friendly staff. DIY workshop for traditional ChaoShan “dumpling” 红桃粿 was an amazing experience as well. The room was tidy and clean, with the cleaning staff taking extra good care of us. The only bad thing I can complain about is the TV’s inability to support Airplay, but nonetheless the room and hotel in general was superb. Additionally the location of the hotel is great, quiet at night as it is close to a residential area, but only 200-300 meters from restaurants and whatnot. Would totally recommend families and couples to stay here. Anyways thanks to the staff.

Nie ma żalu, że płacimy więcej za ten piękny dom! Nie ma żalu, że tu mieszkasz. Moi rodzice, siostry i ja zamieszkaliśmy w ich 4 pokoju pax. To piękny i smacznie urządzone zakwaterowanie z osobistym dziedzińcem i wnętrz. Łóżko i łoże były tak wygodne, zwłaszcza w chłodnej pogodzie 18 ~ 22 stopni. Nie zauważyłem niczego oczywistego, na co mogę narzekać w odniesieniu do czystości tego miejsca, stąd 5/5 dla czystości. Położenie jest idealne (5/5). Obok ulic miejsc spożywczych, które mają dobre oceny, i super w pobliżu centrum handlowego Wanley City (restauracje, sklepy luksusowe, detaliczny i więcej). W każdym razie taksówka wokół Shantou jest naprawdę wygodna, szybkie i przystępne. Mimo, że jest wśród innych wysokich dzielnic mieszkalnych, gdy zamknęliśmy drzwi, nie słyszeliśmy dużo hałasu z zewnątrz. Usługa jest 5/5 również. Jest darmowa pickup i drop off serwis z dworca kolejowego. Jest codziennie dostarczane nam świeże owoce, jak również zupa kurczaka. Jest również darmowa usługa prania, którą naprawdę doceniamy! Pracownicy zawsze byli gotowi do pomocy i zawsze gotowi do wydawania zaleceń. Naprawdę czuliśmy ich gościnność i są rzeczywistymi w świadczeniu najlepszych możliwych usług. Wyposażenie jest 5/5 również. Suszarka do włosów jest marką Laifen, która jest tak silna i wyglądowa. Oferują one jednorazowe ręczniki na górze tych wielokrotnego użytku. Ich suwaki są fluffy i komfortowe. Mają wszystko, co potrzebujemy. Bonus: Ich kot mieszkalny i jej koty są urocze!!! Wszystkim w cudownym pobycie i pobyt ponownie, jeśli kiedykolwiek odwiedzę Shantou ponownie. Sugeracje do poprawy: (1) więcej różnorodności w opcjach śniadania (pobyt 3 noce i czuł, że niektóre opcje śniadania byłyby świetne), oraz (2) żel prysznicowy, szampon i klimatyzator są trochę zbyt trudne do wylania, może można rozważyć korzystanie z prasy Butelki.

The biggest highlight is its prime location—right in the heart of a bustling area, surrounded by popular food stalls and restaurants. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the convenience of having amazing local eats just a short walk away. The room itself is clean and spacious, comfortably fitting four adults. The design is modern and trendy, making it a great spot for photos. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning the room daily, which adds to the comfort of the stay. Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable, especially for the location and room size, making it a good option for families. However, the biggest downside is the lift. There’s only one small lift shared between the homestay and the restaurant below, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. The lift also feels a bit dirty and smelly, likely due to some guests smoking inside. I even saw someone spit in the corner, which was quite unpleasant.
