„是充滿驚喜的一次體驗，首先是酒店無論從位置、設施、服務、細節用心程度、性價比，都堪稱完美，值得收藏反覆入住，大廳休息區很寬大舒適 簡潔還美觀 不僅有現磨咖啡還有小零食 更驚喜的是我們辦理入住是還有烤紅薯和洋芋 🥰房間全是智能化，床品也是真的很舒服，枕頭兩面是不同的 那個蕎麥枕頭還挺舒服，冬天了 那個浴室的水很熱也很大，酒店的洗護用品對我來説真的好好用，酒店25樓還有健身房和洗衣房 雖然我沒使用 但是挺不錯的看着，旁邊就是餐廳，早餐種類也很多，味道也不錯。服務人員熱情貼心，前台小姐姐都很耐心。差點忘了 她們晚上還送了粥和小零食！真的超不錯！最後就是威寧真的好美😍我和朋友運氣很好 剛好看到那個夕陽和海鷗！小姐姐推薦的本地小吃也不錯 下次一定還要再來！”

„新開的全季，硬件設施完全沒有挑頭，房間設計到大廳都很棒。但是酒店的管理沒有到位，一是晚上10點過到，前台還在積極營銷開全季會員送一份早餐，説第三方攜程訂的早餐要麼不全，要麼沒有，實際訂單含了雙早，訂單顯示14歲以下免費，本來我們早餐就是滿的，營銷行為浪費了旅客休息時間。二是應對早餐高峯期人手準備不足，早餐一個煮麪，一個保潔在幫忙補充麪檔調料等，9點到9點半長達半個小時無法收拾，大家都是自己把桌上臟盤子推開將就坐，保潔忙完麪檔才能收拾，阿姨也是一分鐘沒歇過，春節住了四家酒店就這家全季應對高峯期不足，存在這種情況。”

„參加馬拉松下榻，酒店裝修新，安裝滿屋智能。但細節上需要提高： 1.大部分門鎖關不緊，一層樓多個房間滴滴滴門鎖報警。 門內側沒有安裝反鎖鏈或反鎖釦 2.衞浴熱水基本很弱，沒有温度。反映兩天才一天 3.智能馬桶其實不智能，坐下就噴水，濺屁股。沖水飛出 4.書桌枱麪提供的雜物零食太多，應該放別的什麼地方 5.問前台有無提供5點半馬拉松早餐，前台説太早廚房不上班，沒有供應。但早上6點下來卻發覺提供早餐，沒有通知我們住客！！！沒吃上 6.借用電源延長插板，前台冷漠説沒有！！！ 整體上，酒店的服務需要提高細節”
