„I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.”

„我覺不是第一次住麗楓酒店，但是第一次有點不舒服。我訂了兩個商務間，酒店前台服務可以，沒的説，幫助安排房間挨着，很貼心，幫助辦理入住做引導，進入房間。進入房間，設施中規中矩，但是衞生間地板有頭髮，就在馬桶旁邊，馬桶打掃的不乾淨，水垢黃色一圈，我覺得這個用潔廁靈很容易就弄乾凈吧，再説説最讓人無語的早飯，八點十分出頭，我們去吃飯，竟然啥都沒了，炒菜衹剩一點點殘羹渣渣，且分析衹有藕片和雞蛋炒葱還是啥，涼菜都是鹹菜，飲料一看就是色素水，真沒啥吃的，總不能主食幹噎加粥吧，跟服務員反應才説正在炒菜，後來中途吃差不多了才上來倆炒菜，我覺得你五一漲價我也接受，但是起碼吃飯得有個基本連鎖酒店要求吧。平時出差總住華住旗下，比如全季，早餐炒菜葷素搭配，涼菜，水果沙拉蔬菜沙拉，米線麪條餛飩，麪包片，煎蛋和烤腸，主食若干，飲品多樣且看起來好很多。還是多提升服務內核吧，硬件還是需要有個基本標準。”

„Our stay at Shanhai Premium Guesthouse was an incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating experience! The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. „定的套房，客廳有沙發可以打牌。整體裝修衞生以縣城的標準算不錯了，大小也可以。不足的是，酒店一側臨街，而且是晚上也會過大車的那種馬路，噪音很明顯。當然，商家入住當天提前電話告知了臨街，有一定噪音。當時沒想太嚴重，實測確實挺大噪音的，帶了耳塞（酒店房間裏都配件）。睡覺輕的務必慎重。”

„春節期間帶着全家老小一起來北京山谷玩兩天！市區開車一個半小時左右抵達，車統一停放在停車場，酒店會派擺渡車來接，其實距離不是很遠，主要是行李比較多。 這次入住的青普既來酒店庭院b1房型，因為衹有這個户型是可以帶狗的，這樣的户型好像衹有五六套？還是我第一時間預訂上的哈哈，忘記拍照了，兩間卧室，一個廁所，客廳挺大的，前後兩個院子，還帶私湯泡池，院子裏還可以圍爐煮茶 夏天如果小浪花樂園開放，應該小孩子玩的地方更多，冬天衹有一個小型冰雪世界，喂喂羊駝🦙，食堂衹有一個，種類不多，味道中規中矩 來放鬆兩天還是可以的，尤其適合孩子還小不想長距離折騰的。 另外點贊一下酒店服務，大廳有很多小朋友的繪本，還可以拿回房間，看到還給等待的小朋友拿了棉花糖自己烤啥的。 還有我的管家於通，可以説是有求必應，迴應很及時，給孩子泡奶啥的需要的礦泉水比較多，直接給我們準備一大桶，很驚喜。最後回家發現落了東西，聯繫他馬上就給我找到説快遞寄到家，點贊！”

„非常完美的一次旅行 出發前有管家加微信聯繫，注意事項 周邊遊玩訊息 餐廳訂餐訊息一應俱全的發送。到店後所有服務人員都非常熱情，我箱子很重 是服務員小哥哥全程搬到泡泡屋去的，超級好 辛苦了 泡泡屋簡直完美 太chill了，坐在門口搖椅上喝杯茶 太幸福了。 早餐也很非盛，熱菜是小鍋現炒的，乾淨衞生美味酒店裡有好多小動物，餐廳邊的河邊還有桌椅 也可以坐上好久 總之非常滿意的一次入住體驗 有機會再來”

„原想訂阿那亞找女兒一起，由於五六滿員，找位置離阿那亞酒店很近的地方，是23年新民宿，從圖片看還不錯就選了，入住後相對滿意，如圖一致，有陽台是賣點，院內有水景特別好，提升品質，就是衞生間乾濕不分離，上下水管道水聲極大，需要改進會更好！”

„我們住的房間兩面觀山，風景優美。這裏的人口密度極低，空氣太清新了。這周圍有一些徒步小路，也有老闆帶着看村裡的幾個小景點。 推薦來多住幾天，不要安排行程太緊張，就是一個輕鬆的放空之旅。 工作人員和村裡的相鄰都很熱情友善，老闆也很健談，對經營民宿熱情極高。餐廳的早餐很好吃，午餐和晚餐略有點鹹了。 北京和周邊的民宿似乎都沒有那種包三頓正餐的業務，之前去雲貴川玩都有比如xxx元／天，可以包月或者包周住的（含餐食）。感覺如果有這種，會推薦家裡退休的長者來住一個月啥的，非常修身養性哈哈哈哈…”

„這次端午小長假非常臨近了才定下來選興隆作為目的地，但是民宿和酒店基本都被訂出去了～最終不懈努力下很幸運的搜到了這家宏芳民宿，一看還沒有評論，但圖片看起來設施很新，距離景點的位置也合適就趕緊定下來了～ 果然很有驚喜，首先是設施都很新，房間非常寬敞，有電梯，還有KTV，最重要還是服務和所有人員的熱情與細心，為旅途增加了更多温馨的回憶。 忘了照露台的照片，用周圍的採摘園照片代替啦～ps：老闆家的果丹皮很好吃～強烈推薦給大家，很適合去興隆和周邊景點的旅客。 第一個來寫評論的住客希望老闆未來生意興隆～”
