„We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future.”

„Obiekt otrzymał ocenę 4 na 5, głównie dlatego, że centralna klimatyzacja hotelowa działała na pełnych obrotach w całym pokoju. W dniu zameldowania temperatura wzrosła powyżej 20 stopni Celsjusza, przez co w pokoju było niezwykle duszno. Chociaż obsługa pokoju zapewniła wentylator, pierwszej nocy w krótkich rękawach i tak nie spaliśmy dobrze. Jednak personel hotelu uprzejmie dostarczył nam jedzenie na wynos do pokoju, co było miłym gestem. Zatrzymaliśmy się na dwie noce, a śniadanie w formie bufetu w obrotowej restauracji na 25. piętrze było całkiem dobre; sugerowałbym poszerzenie wyboru. Na marginesie, oznakowanie parkingu hotelowego nie było zbyt wyraźne. Dwa znaki głosiły „Wjazd na parking hotelowy (strzałka do przodu) ⬆️”, co było mylące. Objechaliśmy hotel dwa razy, zanim zorientowaliśmy się, że wjazd do garażu podziemnego znajduje się po lewej stronie (personel hotelu zalecał parkowanie w garażu podziemnym). Przy wymeldowaniu hotel wręczył nam w prezencie miniaturowy fioletowo-gliniany czajniczek, który był naprawdę wykwintny.”

„เป็นโรงแรมที่คิดว่าถ้ามาอี๋ซิงรอบหน้าจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ความสะอาดดีเยี่ยมมาก กลิ่นโรงแรม กลิ่นล็อบบี้ กลิ่นห้องนอน เป็นกลิ่นหอมสะอาด ห้องเงียบสงบดี ที่นอนสบาย บรรยากาศในห้องดีมาก เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ทำเลดี ใกล้ห้าง Wanda สามารถเดินไปได้ ฝากท้องที่นี่ได้สบายมาก ร้านอาหารอยู่ชั้นบนเพียบเลย ส่วนชั้นล่างมีซุปเปอร์ฯ แนะนำให้ลองดูพวกผลไม้เมืองหนาว น่ากิน ราคาโอเค ราคาห้องพักถือว่าไม่แพง ค่อนข้างถูกด้วยซ้ำ คืนนึงไม่ถึง 2,000฿ สำหรับโรงแรมเกรดนี้ถือว่าถูกมาก ถ้ารอบหน้ายังได้ราคาเดิมก็จะมาพักอีกแน่นอน”

„本次房間靠街道，陽光很好，晚上睡覺也不吵，隔音效果很好。亞朵的床品很好，枕頭很柔軟。辦入住的時候去的早等了一會，等待期間幫我拿了茶和水果，還送了早餐，領了新年小禮物。工作人員服務態度都很好。入住後，電視機上可以顯示洗衣機和烘乾機空閑情況，任何需要的東西都可以在在小程序上讓機器人送到房間，很方便，社恐人士好評！洗衣房健身房乾淨，洗衣房裡洗衣液都有細分很多細節都很用心。早餐，深夜粥都不錯，很棒的一次體驗！”

„麗怡酒店的前身是大名鼎鼎的陶都酒店，如今有錦江集團的加持真的讓人賓至如歸！ 前台每個美女都面帶微笑，熱情服務，特別是小陳，小飛和小李，有任何要求她們都積極滿足！酒店大堂可以當做會客大廳接待朋友，可以和朋友一起喝咖啡喝茶聊天。每天2樓的餐廳提供早餐，乾淨美味！值得推薦的是一碗紅湯的奧灶麪。 下次去宜興還住麗怡酒店！”

„The hotel's decor is elegant and unique, with meticulous attention to detail in everything from the water purification system to the bathroom design. Both seniors and children loved the terrace view. A special thank you to Leo and the other staff for their warm hospitality; they even helped us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. Leo is a super thoughtful guy, 100% recommended!”

„The location is ok, as you are in downtown, beside a shopping mall, with a nice view. The room is spacious, but the decor is old, and not well manteined. The staff is mostly not english speaking, and not willing to solve problems. I didn't know the underground parking was not free, and they didn't mention, So I ended up paying the extra fee. because the free parking is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but I expected better.”

„Spacious room with high ceiling facing bamboo forest. Hot spring facility is opened only from 1pm to 10pm. Need swim cap if you intend to swim. 5min walk from Bamboo Forest entrance. Nice getaway. Hotel restaurant is lousy, but there's few choices around.”
