„We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion.
The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out.
As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious.
The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.”

„The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . „I had a wonderful stay in Antara by Cobnb. Would definitely repeat and I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Genting Highlands to book this property. View is breathtaking, panoramic and unblocked, you’ll never get bored of. From my unit balcony, I could see the ice age roller coaster @ Genting Skyworlds Theme Park, cable car, chin swee temple, the curvy roads, other attractions in Genting and Kuala Lumpur city. Love that clouds are at eye-level, and fogs will come and go.
In terms of amenities, since I got free upgrade to 3-bedrooms unit, it was equipped with kitchen utensils (pot, pans, knife, scissors, peeler, forks and spoons, chopsticks, plates, bowls, saucers, teapot, cups, glasses, jar), microwave, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, induction cooker, iron and ironboard, hair dryer. TV, airconds and ceiling fans are available at living room and every bedroom. There’s also jacuzzi at the balcony. The interior is luxurious, clean and modern which I love so much. High-speed wifi is available too. To note, the amenities provided by Cobnb is of high quality!!”

„Regarding this trip for my comment i feel quite upset and bad experience. I had mentioned at remarks wish can early check in and cold aircond but sadly i didnt get any updated status. Around 6.30pm i just back to check in but sadly they told me my room already give another guest and left last room no aircond and share bathroom. I booked with premium suite but when i get i feel so disappointed. They still ask me to upgrade and add pricing. They cant solve the problem still ask myself to contact customer service but customer service same cant solve and keep highlight they nothing mistake. When i get my key to room also confused without brief clearly. Still wrong venue i went cause had A B C wings. After go inside the room feel disappointed again cause the room condition different with booking photo. Just can to said they not good maintain. So cant unacceptable my room get smelly and i had mentioned with remarks not prefer with smelly room. Whole day busy and tired journey but get this bad experience. Another add on info, if plan going glass house and swimming pool remember drop lift at lv 40 and change another lift(so hard i just found it),advise put the noted at lift or reception can brief the check in guest. If ask me will went again i will think twice 1st.”

MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

MMs.cccWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a spacious lawn where children can run and play freely, which we really appreciated.
What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful effort from the staff. They organized fun activities and games for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. It truly made the check-in and overall experience enjoyable and memorable for our family.
We sincerely hope the hotel continues to arrange such engaging programs for children in the future. It would be great to see more hotels like this in Kuala Lumpur, offering family-friendly staycation options.
Overall, a fantastic experience — we will definitely be back!

Clean rooms.
Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted.
Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site.
Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it.
Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING.
Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside.
As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing!
Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good.
The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on.
Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall.
Conclusion: Will not repeat.

LLV20The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. They have heated pool too but if you ask me will i come again? the answer is probably No. Its not cold, not foggy.The hotel is located below gohtong jaya.
Reason: Parking is limited, to access the pool is like a maze, i was from wing D and going to the pool is so complicated. Small swimming pool and mostly pack. Breakfast was average, the dont have the special teh tarik that i usually get in other swiss garden hotel..The egg station has long queue.
What made me unhappy the most is they only provide one shower gel and when i called in to request for another, they did not bring it at all. Disappointed..

GGośćWe recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony.
However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system.
Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive.
Parking is allocated for 1 car.
The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop.
Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater.
Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

Hotel stuff (the young man) is great and very helpful.
However the other stuff (the young girl) is a bit hard to communicate, but can see she is trying her best to help.

Mamy jednak kilka kwestii, którymi chcielibyśmy się zająć i, miejmy nadzieję, zostaną udoskonalone w celu zapewnienia lepszych usług w przyszłości.
1. Brak jasnych instrukcji dotyczących zameldowania - musieliśmy chodzić, niosąc wszystkie nasze rzeczy przez inny budynek, w końcu w holu hotelu kazano nam zadzwonić pod numer podany w naszej rezerwacji, aby odebrać klucze. Plus musimy uiścić opłatę parkingową, która jest zbyt droga, aby wejść na mniej niż 30 minut.
