Szczerze mówiąc, to najlepszy hotel, który pobytuję w całej podróży w Chinach. Po wejściu do lobby, aby sprawdzić, serwują nam herbatę. Jedna z pani zna również sposób mówienia po angielsku, co jest dobre dla obcokrajowców. Nie pytają nas tak wiele o naszą wizę jak każdy inny hotel. Lobby jest również przestronny i bardzo ładny wnętrze. Pokój, który rezerwuję dla 3 osób jest tak duży, że może być dla 4 osób. Daliśmy 8-tego piętra, więc mamy widok na front Nanshan. Pralnia jest naprawdę ładna, wszystko jest tam! Pralnia, żelazo. A co najbardziej podoba mi się, to mają usługi pralni, w których aayi pomoże Ci zrobić pranie i nawet złożyć je dla Ciebie! 🤗 W naszym pokoju mamy również sofa, która jest świetna! Po sprawdzeniu dali nam kolejną butelkę wody. Jest to ogólnie najlepszy hotel jaki miałem do tej pory i z pewnością zostanie tu ponownie, kiedy przyjechałem do Zhenjiang! 😍 5 STAR!!

和同事還有娃一起來的，環境很好，房間也乾淨，洗漱用品齊全（他家準備的洗護套裝很好用，味道也好聞），還提供洗一次毛巾。 道長人超級好，我們加了一點錢升級了有地暖和落地窗的房間，超級舒服。真的住在道館裏，居然還遇上了一年到頭最多衹有兩三次的大雪天😍😍😍把小朋友興奮的不行😝😝😝冷是冷了點，但是真的很出片啊😘😘😘晚上一夜無夢，好睡到天亮。 六點半準時起床燒頭香，這個香火旺是旺得來，真的和平時供的那些區別好大😄 免費的早餐也是香噴噴的麪條和拿鐵，還有包子。麪條熱乎乎的，吃的整兒人都暖暖的🤗 期待下次再來 服務：:S

One word to describe this hotel: AMAZING. A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel sitting just across the road from the Yangtze River. The tranquil and serenity enveloped me the moment I stepped out of my ride immediately relaxed every cell in my body. The staff are amazing, they actually made it a point to remember which room I stayed in. Got an upgrade and wow, the room was just amazing. They had a very wide breakfast spread for us to choose from, from the usual english breakfast to Jiangsu's traditional noodles. Be sure to ask for their baby lobster noodles and big bao, just super yummy. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant the 1st night and tried the delicacies they had. Puffer fish and what they called 长鱼, were really very yummy too. I really, really, highly recommend this hotel should you want to visit Zheng Jiang. I'll definitely be back again.

Adres jest bardzo blisko stacji Townjiang Station na północ, styl jest czysty i prosty. Podróż do autobusów z różnych scenic, pokój jest inteligentny i jest bardzo dla młodych ludzi. Śniadanie chińskie jest pyszne, choć jest jasne, ale nie jest gorsze niż w sklepie z zewnątrz. Śniadanie jest też wiele różnych odmian. W odległości około 1.3 km, jest też wygodniej, aby dostać się do centrum handlowego. Jest to okolice hotelu o wysokiej wydajności.

Emily and I traveled from Zhenjiang on the fast train. We took a taxi to the hotel. We were lucky that a local woman helped us to find the taxi place. Having the hotel's phone number was a big help. The ride from train station is long and it's a fairly remote area. We wondered if we were getting a grand tour. We weren't. It is quite far from the train station, but close to the airport. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We found a nice restaurant nearby. The hotel arranged a driver to the airport for the next morning. After a good sleep,and a hot shower, we hopped in the car and made it to the airport. Thank you.

Although this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel.

The price is really good for off-peak travel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel front desk provided us with meticulous service with a professional and enthusiastic attitude. Not only did they patiently select a comfortable room for us to ensure that we stayed at ease, but they also carefully introduced the beautiful scenery and characteristics around the hotel, which gave us a deeper understanding of Zhenjiang. In particular, the tourist route planned for us by Xiao Zhang at the front desk was so thoughtful! I was deeply impressed that she took the initiative to contact us when something accidentally fell in the lobby. Your enthusiasm and professionalism made us feel the warmth of home and made this trip more memorable. It is our luck to meet a front desk like you who serves with heart! I am very satisfied with this stay experience. There are many parking spaces, and there are places with popular snacks around. The room is also clean and tidy. The waiters I met are all warmly greeted. It is a happy and satisfying experience.

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Great room, very clean and neat. I was expecting a marriott like breakfast but this wasn't the case. The breakfast was basic at best, for something that has the Marriott name, it should at least have a similar breakfast

GreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again. Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy. The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see. The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget ＞ mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China. The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc). My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell. In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.
