Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Serena and Jennet provided exceptional hospitality—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To our delight, they even upgraded us to a nicer room, which truly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel has a beautiful and impressive reception area, and the location is great. Service was also very good throughout our stay. However, the rooms and in-room amenities feel noticeably outdated and worn, including items such as the towels. While the public areas create a strong first impression, the condition of the rooms does not quite match that standard. The property would clearly benefit from a renovation to bring the guest rooms in line with the otherwise very good overall experience. Aside from that, we had no other complaints.

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of offerings that catered to all tastes. The private swimming pool in the Sea View Pool Deluxe Room was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax with stunning views. Additionally, the property’s proximity to Banyan Tree Resort was a great advantage, offering plenty of dining options beyond those available at Angsana. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this destination!

Good location, family friendly hotel. Room was generally clean though it felt a little old and musty. Not luxurious but convenient for visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship. Food there is very average and expensive.

We stayed for one night after finished concert at Cotai. Only 10 min taxi from Hengqin port for RMB 15. The hotel is very spacious and clean, bathrooms are spacious. They have outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a really nice gym with 8 treadmills. The changing room is huge with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel is attached to a mall with lots of restaurants, though not many people in the mall. Those with young kids will enjoy the playroom and the National Geographic Adventureland. The mall also has a pokododo trampoline which bigger kids would like at RMB 158 for 3 hours. There are also three shuttle bus that brings you to and from the Hengqin and HK Macau Zhuhai port Zhuhai port for free but only at a set time table. Overall experience is very positive though just the surrounding area is not developed yet. But it’s nice to enjoy the facilities at such a good price.

Very convenient to everywhere. Good sunrise view from bedroom windows, good gym with self service laundromat, nice and clean swimming pool. Good breakfast and area with a children's corner! And above all goodies, they have very helpful staffs, everyone! Good team of people to make you feel at home away from home.

We had a great stay here. Reception was friendly and the man was helpful taking our bags up to the room for us. We could see the water from our room. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.

Chimelong Circus Hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and strong water pressure. We stayed during the cooler season, which made it very comfortable to walk around. The surrounding views are beautiful, and I would highly recommend staying here during cool weather, as it is neither too hot nor too cold. One area for improvement would be English communication. If the staff could speak English, it would be much more convenient. The check-in process took quite a long time because every conversation had to be translated using a mobile translation app.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟
