„Haciendo un balance general nos ha gustado.  Pero si me paro a mirar individualmente ciertas cosas , se puede mejorar. La carta del restaurante que hay dentro está bien con respecto a los precios pero en una de las ocasiones se quedaron sin uno de los ingredientes (jamon york)  no nos avisaron y pagamos el precio indicado en la carta por todo completo. Cuando lo vimos se lo comentamos al personal y la respuesta no fue nada eficiente ni razonable. “No hago las cartas de las comidas” Primero, que no se haga la carta no significa que en cocina no se sigan los ingredientes. Segundo, se reconoce el fallo de primeras y no se dan excusas de que no lleva jamón cuando lo estamos viendo en la carta . Tercero, se busca una solución, no se espera  a que te la dé el cliente . Y cuarto, si no se ofrece solución y la que te da el cliente es razonable y con todo el sentido no se murmulla desde la cocina.   Si falta un ingrediente se organiza uno mejor si No es posible se piden disculpas y se añade otro ingrediente similar  pero jamás se hace un comentario fuera de lugar… es importante recalcar que el fallo no ha sido del cliente. Por otro lado no hay suficientes hamacas en las piscinas pequeñas. Las piscinas no están muy limpias  El personal de cafetería de la mañana es profesional y agradable. Unas chicas con el pelo claro y otra con rastas.   Pero el de la noche es el que deja que desear. Hay una señora de la limpieza majisima  y siempre pendiente de ayudar, con pelo muy corto. En recepción, amables, agradables y profesionales.”
