7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

Spanish/English review. El apartahotel está ubicado muy cerca del Akropolis y el museo, con la parada de metro a 300m, rodeado de servicios tales como supermercado, hostelería y tiendas. La habitacion estaba equipada con cocina , instrumentos y cafetera , baño impecable y una vistas al Akropolis ( Partenon ) Inolvidable!! El staff es atento, educado , hablan inglés perfectamente y fueron de gran ayuda. Especialmente Lydia , la cual merece la mayor distinción y puntuación que podamos otorgar. Gracias por hacer de nuestra primera visita a Grecia un viaje inolvidable. Os volveremos a contactar cuando volvamos porque, volveremos! English The aparthotel is located very close to the Akropolis and the museum, with the metro stop 300m away, surrounded by services such as supermarket, hospitality and shops. The room was equipped with a kitchen, instruments and coffee maker, an impeccable bathroom and an unforgettable view of the Akropolis (Parthenon)!! The staff is attentive, polite, they speak English perfectly and were very helpful. Especially Lydia, who deserves the highest distinction and score we can give. Thank you for making our first visit to Greece an unforgettable trip. We will contact you again when we return because, we will return!

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

從倫敦出發，在雅典中轉19個小時，晚上約9點抵達酒店，第二天下午1點的航班飛往上海。選擇這家酒店主要是因為位置非常好，距離雅典衞城很近，步行即可到達。即使中轉時間不長，第二天早上也能輕鬆安排半日遊參觀衞城。整體入住過程順利，作為中轉過夜並順便遊覽雅典的選擇非常合適。

This gem of a hotel in the port is fantastic. Tasteful furnished, roomy and very clean it has everything you need to a stay before boarding a cruise. We arrived very late at night and were greeted warmly and were checked in in no time. The WiFi is free and fast and the included buffet breakfast was very welcome. I would certainly stay again if I was boarding a cruise which is just a short walk away.

Our first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the only irritant, and that was bad guests and not the hotels fault.

Hotel znajduje się około 20 minut spacerem od Akropolu, ma dobrą lokalizację, ponieważ jest to hotel międzynarodowy, wyposażenie pokoi, śniadania itp. są na wysokim poziomie, a warunki życia są dobre. Hotel może zapewnić nocną przechowalnię bagażu, która jest odpowiednia dla turystów przebywających w centrum Aten, którzy mogą tymczasowo przechować bagaż przed wyjazdem do innych miast poza Atenami na krótkie wycieczki.

Stosunek jakości do ceny był tak dobry, że postanowiliśmy przedłużyć pobyt. Hotel był czysty i posiadał wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia i wyposażenie. Należy pamiętać, że recepcja przyjmuje wyłącznie gotówkę w celu uiszczenia podatku oddzielnie od opłaty za pobyt.

Zdjęcia obiecują więcej, niż oferuje hotel. Wszystko jest trochę zużyte. Jeśli masz pokój z widokiem na ulicę, jest dość głośno. W kuchni nie ma mydła, gąbki ani niczego innego. Wsparcie ze strony personelu zerowego. Dostęp do Internetu jest również powolny Ogólnie stosunek ceny do wydajności zupełnie nie pasuje

Zewnętrzny hotel wygląda zapraszającym; jednak, gdy przechodziliśmy przez drzwi frontowe, można poczuć ciężką zasłonę wokół lobby nie była czysta przez długi czas. Wszystkie sofa w holu są pokryte jakąś ubraniem, to chyba pokrycie starego i niezaproszony widok. Żadne z świateł na schodach nie działa i musiałem użyć światła flash na telefonie, aby zaświecić ścieżkę w górę i w dół schodów, może być niebezpieczne, jeśli trzeba szybko ewakuować hotel. Drzwi pokoju ma gniazdo kluczowe, ale myślę, że jest zepsuty, ponieważ potrzebowałem klucza fizycznego, aby odblokować drzwi pokoju i karty kluczowej, aby włączyć elektryczność, rozmiar pokoju jest dobry i wysoki sufit. W łazience nie ma haka na ręczną głowę prysznicową, więc nie jest tak wygodne, aby mieć prysznic, woda również nie zawsze wystarczająco gorąca. Klimatyzator był dmuchawający ciepły powietrza, nawet jeśli dial był ustawiony na zimno i sprawiło, że pokój był tak ciepły i niewygodny do snu. Oceny hotelu wydają się sugerować, że jest to jedna z popularnych kwestii, ludzie narzekali na ponad 10 lat!!! W końcu otworzyłem wszystkie okna, aby ochłodzić pokój i to zaproszenie do hałasu ruchu przez całą noc. Hotel został zaniedbany przez zbyt wiele lat i zaskakująco nadal w biznesie????
