A stunning place and magical people! 🤩❤️🩷🧡 Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌 Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение. Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍 Молодцы, желаю процветания этому эко отелю и чудесной семье! ❤️🤩👍 Рекомендую!💯

Przemiła obsługa i świetne usługi. Ośrodek jest idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Mnóstwo miejsc do gier, jazdy na rowerze, pływania. Sporty wodne, w pobliżu targ uliczny Bali Collection z mnóstwem restauracji. Spacer około 10 minut.

I stayed at both Grand Hyatt and Hilton Bali. The Hilton feels newer, but the Grand Hyatt is more spacious with more pools, nicer gardens, closer beach access and better convenience. Hilton has a unique cliffside design, but pool access is less convenient and the beach is smaller. There are few shopping options near Hilton, while Grand Hyatt has more nearby malls. For long stays, Grand Hyatt is better. Hilton is good for a short 1–2 day stay with kids.

A fantastic hotel on the eastern part of the island. It is more suitable for a quiet family vacation and for those who prefer beach relaxation over surfing and parties. It is located quite far from the center of the island's main activity. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The room was large, spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The breakfasts were excellent and very varied. The hotel staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would especially like to highlight the bartender Dede, who was very courteous and helped me repeatedly in planning my activities in Bali. The hotel has a private beach and various pools to suit any taste. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

Oryginalna pościel hotelowa jest stosunkowo twarda, ale dodanie miękkiego materaca lateksowego jest świetne! ! ! Hotel nie jest zbyt duży, ale ogólnie jest w porządku. Plaża jest w porządku. Śniadanie jest pojedyncze, ale smak jest w porządku. Jednak w niektórych domach są owady żujące drewno trociny spadły na całe łóżko i walizkę. Głowica prysznicowa jest stosunkowo krótka i nie można regulować jej wysokości.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

For those who enjoy staying active, the resort has a fully equipped gym, and a variety of water sports activities are available on the beach, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Dining Experience Dining at The Oceanview Resort was an absolute highlight. The resort offers several dining options, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day. Customer Service One of the standout features of The Oceanview Resort is its exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering personalized recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. They truly made me feel at home, which added a personal touch to my experience. Świetny hotel. Pokój jest bardzo prosty i w pełni zgodny z opisem, podoba mi się to szczere podejście. Dostajesz dokładnie to, co w opisie i widać na zdjęciach. Jedynym minusem jest nieco sztywniejsza rama łóżka. Drugiej nocy musiałem położyć materac na podłodze, żeby normalnie spać, bo wygina się w łuk na ramie łóżka, przez co jest bardzo miękki. Ale to nie jest aż tak duży problem. Głównym atutem hotelu jest zewnętrzna strona hotelu i wnętrze lobby, a także dostępne przestrzenie wspólne, basen i parking – wszystko to sprawia, że ​​jest bardzo wygodny. Recepcja czynna całą dobę jest bardzo przyjazna i profesjonalna. Polecam ten hotel.
