„I had a great time at Kuta, located very close to the beach. With many facilities around. Money changers, spa all very close. The helped me make a call when l had card problems and sung for me happy birthday”

„We stay here regularly, twice a year for up to 3 weeks at a time. We were somewhat disappointed with the way staff/management dealt with the issue of flooding at the hotel which resulted in no clean pool, no running water, for two days, hence our time there being cut short by five nights. Many people were checking out due to the same circumstances, but we were offered no support despite numerous inquiries and only on the second day were were given a very heavy one gallon bottle of drinking water to be able to flush our toilet and use for washing. Hygiene at breakfast was below par, considering there was no running water for anyone to wash hands, we inquired about hand sanitiser being available at the breakfast buffet but were promptly told no. When we checked out we were given a prompt refund for the remaining days, which we very much appreciated as we needed to book elsewhere. People were being shunted out of the street in inflatables. We would still return here as we enjoy the ambience and pool, but now know to have a back up plan in the wet season.”

„On the first day of arrival, we were assigned a pool access room right at the very end, which unfortunately was next to the kitchen where they cooked Indian food. The smell of spices permeated our room late at night. We complained, and since other rooms were full, we were eventually upgraded to a suite. We moved rooms at 9 PM. Housekeeping seemed to lack a standard for cleaning rooms. I requested an extra towel because I was traveling with a child, and I had to ask for a hand towel (shouldn't it be provided automatically?). After the room was cleaned, the number of towels went back to two, and the hand towel wasn't refilled. So I had to keep calling reception to ask for one. The breakfast buffet tended to be monotonous and, in my opinion, not very good. The only saving graces were the omelets and instant noodles every day. FYI, I stayed for 4 days, and my husband ended up eating only instant noodles and omelets for breakfast 😅. There were no beef dishes like beef black pepper or other standard beef options. The spicy chicken (ayam rica) was good, in my opinion. As for the fish dishes, honestly, they were very fishy, so I didn't touch them at all. There were five types of fruit: melon, papaya, watermelon, snake fruit, and oranges, but often the watermelon was missing. As for the kids' club, there were more devices than children's toys, so my husband ended up playing PS4. My suggestion for the kids' club is to add some brachiation equipment or a small slide for climbing so that children aren't always staring at gadgets. Coloring activities at small tables could also be added if there's no budget for brachiation equipment.”

„This hotel was basic. The location was very good with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room had no hand towel or face washers provided and no hand soap. There was only one quarter of a roll of toilet tissue. The restaurant bar was not operating and the pool bar was shut the day we stayed. Overall glad we only stayed for one day.”

„The room is spacious enough for 2 persons with medium luggages. The customer service also really good. Convenient location, however, it’s near to busy road. I can still hear road noise in the middls of the night. One thing I hope the hotel improves is the toilet’s light - it’s dim light.”

„Ten hotel jest niesamowity. Od gościnności po wystrój pokoju, udogodnienia i cenę – wszystko jest idealne. Nie ma w tym nic negatywnego. Jeśli miałbym o czymś wspomnieć, lokalizacja hotelu znajduje się w pobliżu klubu plażowego Atlas i zapewnia bezpłatny karnet dzienny. Poza tym prawie musisz zabrać Graba gdziekolwiek indziej. Pokój jest bardzo przestronny. Żel pod prysznic, szampon i balsam pochodziły od lokalnej znanej marki Sensatia. Zapach jest bardzo dobry (bardzo go uwielbiamy i kupiliśmy wiele butelek do domu z wioski Seminyak). Balkon był pusty. Dobrze byłoby mieć jakieś krzesła lub stół. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny. Kiedy dotarliśmy do hotelu, zameldowanie było szybkie, a pokój był już schłodzony, kiedy się wprowadzaliśmy. Łóżko nie jest złe, a cena jest bardzo rozsądna. Wysoce polecany.”
