HHarryIDSGThis accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh!
There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance.
10/10 will come back again!

GGośćLove the place.. we arrived exactly on time to check in (which is 2 pm) yet we have to wait for an hour and a half for our room to be ready.. that kinda ruined our day a lil.. The rest was good..my family enjoyed the stay

GGośćSo far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.

HHacimiHotel place is strategic near alun-alun and cross the factory outlet and mall lippo.
Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

DDrhen65Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

GGuest UserThe property is comprised of a small kitchen, with a worn non-stick pan and pot, and utensils, with two gas stoves, a worn small rice cooker, a microwave, and a minifridge. Worn means the non-stick coatings have been abused, which is typical of Indonesia, as no reads the instruction/care manuals of anything. The microwave vents are on its left side, and was positioned against the wall where the vents were blocked - relocating the microwave to the right side resolved this issue. The water gallon has a manual pump, and has to be relocated to occupy the stairs for use. There is no table for eating. The stairs has a low roof protrusion that you will hit your head on if not aware. There is a hidden door on the lower floor next to the kitchen to a cold-water shower and toilet, of which the wooden door is positioned next to the shower has smells of mold. The side of the kitchen bench is positioned adjacent to the window with a small uncovered gap, which there is signs it is impossible to clean. The TV was configured for headphone mode, which caused a static noise, I've changed it for speaker mode, and that has resolved the issue, and the TV looks and sounds great. There is also a fan and a couch on the lower floor.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an elevated queen bed and with aircon that is quiet and cool, and the other room with a fan and two single mattresses, and there is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower upstairs water only lasts for 5 minutes, then requires what seems like a minimum 2 hour break - we don't know how much break it actually needs, as we only get hot water once for 5 minutes in the morning, and once for 5 minutes in the evening. We have tried to contact the property several times about this, and there has been no resolution, just responses to amount to ”adjust your expectations to not expect more hot water”.
Overall, the place has enough of a kitchen to cook and store food, is exceptionally tidy sans the poorly designed gap between the kitchen bench and the window, and sans the poorly designed wooden door next to the shower on the lower floor. However, there is no functional hot water if you are more than 1 person, of which multiple people are the target market of this property.

WworldwidewhatLocation seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar.
