Hotele z parkingiem w: Semarang

Przyszedłem do niego, żeby się dowiedzieć, że mój pokój został odwołany. Ich powodem było to, że są w partnerstwie z OYO i wiele pokoi zostało anulowane przez ”system”, więc nie było pokoi, które miałem do sprawdzenia w tym dniu. Mieli już hotel zastępczy, który odrzuciłem. Zwróciłem się o refundację gotówką i odmówili. Obiecali, że refundacja będzie dokonana za pośrednictwem aplikacji Trip, ale gdy zapytano, jak refundacja działa, nikt nie mógł wyjaśnić. Wreszcie zapytałem ich ponownie o dostępność pokoi, ponieważ byłem pewien, że mają przynajmniej kilka pokoi. Powiedziałem im, że ich obowiązkiem jest zapewnienie mi pokoju, nawet jeśli dostępne są droższe niż za co zapłaciłem. Nagle przeprosili i powiedzieli mi, że jest dostępny pokój, dokładnie tak jak ten, za który zapłaciłem. Reszta pobytu była wspaniała. Chciałbym wrócić i odwiedzić hotel, mam nadzieję, że takie podejrzane doświadczenie nie będzie powtarzane w mojej kolejnej wizyty.

Rezt Hotel Semarang is a great budget-friendly stay in a strategic location. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, perfect for a short trip. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s close to food spots and easy to access from the city center. A solid choice for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place in Semarang.

The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Close to the train station. AC is perfect. Nice inner courtyard. But bed linens were with few spots and only 2 power sockets were available.

Śniadanie jest okropne, miękki porridge, tylko sałatka, jest makaron, ale jego makaroni pokryte małym czerwonym sosem bez smaku, stoły nie są sprzątane prawidłowo, 2 osoby na rogu jajka tylko serwują jajko z solem, nie ma toppingów, Brak warzyw, tylko czyste jajko + sól, główny kurs nie miał odmiany, ryż nudny 1 rodzaj warzyw, ryba, i kurczak. Aby dostać się do restauracji musisz przejść przez basen, fajny sposób myślenia, nie praktyczny, gdy jest wiele dzieci grających z wodą, rodziców i niańki siedzące po boku.

We requested for high floor and good view and we’re obliged. We were told it is the new wing, however it is still somewhat oldish looking, especially the toilet is rather simply furnished. Breakfast spread is alright and has a lot of guest every morning
