I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

This hotel is attached to a mall making it convenient to eat and do some shopping. It’s also close to the airport. They helped us arrange a shuttle and were very accommodating even packing us breakfast to go. The room has a very cool design worth checking out. The AC feels more like a swamp cooler however and never really felt 100%comfortable in the room for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

We were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again. Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved: 1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included. 2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and had a comfortable experience. The room was well maintained, the working environment was convenient, and the service was professional. The location made commuting easy, which added value to the stay.

Had a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a ＞200m walk from the reception.

Fantastyczny pobyt blisko lotniska i pyszny początek dnia! Nasz ostatni pobyt w Amaris był absolutną przyjemnością, hotel idealnie położony dla każdego, kto potrzebuje wygodnego dojazdu na lotnisko bez rezygnowania z komfortu i pysznego posiłku. Od momentu przyjazdu personel był przyjazny i sprawny, dzięki czemu zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo. Lokalizacja hotelu to ogromny plus. Krótki przejazd bezpłatnym autobusem wahadłowym z terminali lotniska sprawił, że nasz poranny lot był mniej stresujący. Bezpłatny transfer był szybki i niezawodny, co było miłym gestem, który bardzo doceniliśmy. Jednym z najważniejszych atutów naszego pobytu było śniadanie. Często śniadania w hotelach lotniskowych są jedynie dodatkiem, ale tutaj stanowiły prawdziwą atrakcję. Wybór był imponujący, z szerokim wyborem dań na ciepło i na zimno, które zaspokoją każde podniebienie. Jajecznica była puszysta, bekon chrupiący, a do tego wspaniały wybór świeżych owoców, ciast i jogurtów. Kawa była świeża i obfita, zapewniając idealne paliwo na cały dzień podróży. Nasz pokój był czysty, cichy i wygodny, zapewniając spokojny sen przed podróżą. Nie słyszeliśmy hałasu lotniska, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, gorąco polecamy Amaris każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i wygodnego pobytu w pobliżu lotniska. Doskonałe śniadanie i miła obsługa sprawiają, że jest to doskonały wybór, do którego z pewnością wrócimy podczas kolejnej podróży.

Lobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

A convenient option near the airport, especially for couples in transit. The rooms are clean, the check-in is smooth, and the environment is quiet enough for a restful night. Couples who stayed had no complaints and seemed satisfied with the overall comfort and service. It's not fancy, but it does the job well for a short stay near Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
