Есть конечно к чему придраться:)( для меня это не хрустящее пастельное бельё) а так все норм завтраки а-ля шведский стол (а-ля это перекус на пару часов вам хватит, если вы мужик) не далеко от пляжа чистенько! Но вот омрачили поездку создатели этого приложения из за войны с Ираном у нас отменили вылеты из Шарджи и нам пришлось купить другие билеты. Просили их поменять даты они да поменяем и свяжемся с отелем. Потом пришел отказ но в процессе переговоров я связывался с отелем они говорили, что с ними из трип кома ни кто не связывался, так что имейте ввиду при бронировании вам на встречу триповцы не пойдут! А отель клёвый!

Pobyt był komfortowy. Obiekt jest oddalony od wszystkiego, a do wyboru są tylko dwie restauracje. Na dachu znajduje się mały basen, w którym można się zrelaksować. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Śniadanie było wystarczające, ale trochę pechowe.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

The resort itself is beautiful and I loved my room. There were really nice seating areas around the resort too. Upon arrival, and departure, the staff greeted me with gifts, which was a nice touch. What I didn't like was: 1) almost all rooms were located around the pool, so wherever you lay to relax, guests and staff were continuously walking past you 2) the noise from daytime and evening music was ridiculously loud. There are signs inside the room that advise you to wear earplugs if you don't like it. It was louder in the room than outside! And even with earplugs, I could still hear it. 3) the location - whilst it is techinically close to the beach, it is situated on a busy road, and to get to the beach, you had to walk ***** this road. This felt precarious and I did not feel safe to do so, as a solo traveller, at night. 4) the restaurant; whilst the staff were all friendly enough once you approached them, every time I used the restaurant, I had to seek them out. I was never offered a menu unless I asked for one, and I was not shown the breakfast options nor shown what choices I could select from, from the egg/masala/pancakes section.

For our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!! We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note! Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end. The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Nice hotel with very nice common areas. The room is fine with a balcony, but there were some ”details” that were not taken care of, such as the sheets were very old (with patched holes, quite sad) and, for example, the toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. We had to call for them to bring us some. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. In general a good place to stay.

Bathroom facilities and overall cleanliness were below average. Specially you don’t want to go to bathroom.

I am so glad that I chose this hotel in the last minute. Had very great experience staying here. I would highly recommend others to experience their hospitality and ambience.
