Hotele z parkingiem w: Verona

Ten hotel był około 20 minut spacerem od stacji kolejowej i około 20 minut spacerem do głównych obszarów miasta. Musiałem zameldować się późno, a pani, która mnie wpuściła, była bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, mimo że mieliśmy problemy ze zrozumieniem się. Pokój był bardzo ładny. Podobał mi się fakt, że okna były całkowicie zaciemnione, jeśli tego chciałeś.

Pobyt, który tam spędziłem był po prostu niesamowity, byłem pod pozytywnym wrażeniem i wrócę tysiąc razy, wszystko jest bardzo piękne, zorganizowane i bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane, jest w samym centrum miasta, co uprzyjemnia pobyt, wszystko, co można do zrobienia w pobliżu, jest cały handel, a zwłaszcza obok areny, najpiękniejsza rzecz, sam hotel jest bardzo dobrze zbudowany i zawsze był ktoś, kto nam pomógł, pokój jest prześliczny i bardzo schludny, śniadanie jest bardzo smaczne i jest kilka opcji, wszystko mi się podobało w hotelu, gratulacje, a ludzie, którzy tam pracują, są niezwykle przyjaźni! ! ! 💕

The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch. BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

Świetna lokalizacja, ładny pokój, wyposażona wspólna kuchnia, bardzo czysto! Są problemy ze słyszalnością, ale bardzo rzadko trafiam na niedrogie miejsca z wygłuszeniem. Na pewno należy popracować nad procedurą zameldowania, która nie powinna zająć więcej niż 20 minut. Ludzie zazwyczaj przyjeżdżają zmęczeni drogą, a czasami nawet chcą odwiedzić toaletę. Ze względu na słabą organizację odprawy bałam się zostawić 15-kilogramowy plecak w pokoju do przechowania – istniało ryzyko, że nie zdążę go odebrać przed pociągiem. Musiałem to nieść sam.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Чистые, приятные апартаменты. Всё соответствует описанию. Единственный минус - в наших апартаментах нашли двух тараканов, сразу (ночью) связались с администраторами, нас в течение 10-15 минут переселили в апартаменты на другом этаже, там таких проблем не было.

Wyposażenie hotelu nie jest bardzo nowe, podobne do krajowego standardu Samsunga, ale pokój ma balkon, więc nie wygląda na ciasny. Obsługa hotelu jest naprawdę dobra, a ekologia obsługi w recepcji jest przyjazna. We Włoszech śniadanie w hotelu oferuje więcej odmian. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, żyj szczęśliwiej

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!
