Lobby jest wspaniałe, wyposażenie pokoju jest trochę przestarzałe, a cena jest trochę za wysoka, ale to nie jest ważne. Największą zaletą jest to, że jest blisko lotniska, co jest idealne dla osób takich jak ja, które łapią międzynarodowy lot o godzinie 7:00. W T1 są tylko dwa noclegi, jeden podobny do kapsuły Kleeper (mijanej w drodze do hotelu), a drugi to Sama ~ Obsługa: W dniu meldunku moje dziecko miało ostry nieżyt żołądka i jelit oraz gorączkę, dlatego zgłosiło się do mnie około godziny 12. Byłem bardzo wzruszony~ Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie~

Ogólna obsługa jest ok. Pokoje są wygodne. Tylko u trzeba dokładnie postępować z instrukcją parkingu, ponieważ układy parkingowe są dość zakłócane dla pierwszego zegarka.

Pobyt w Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA był dla mnie naprawdę przyjemny. Hotel jest piękny, nowoczesny i zadbany, zapewniając luksusową i komfortową atmosferę od momentu przyjazdu. Na początku zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ale za dodatkową opłatą poprosiliśmy o upgrade i zostaliśmy przeniesieni do pokoju typu deluxe z łóżkiem king-size. Pokój był przestronny, elegancki i bardzo wygodny. Łazienka była doskonała – jest w niej zarówno wanna, jak i oddzielny prysznic, a drzwi do łazienki są dostępne z dwóch stron, co było bardzo wygodne. Ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem, poprosiliśmy o łóżeczko dziecięce i hotel je zapewnił. Potrzebowaliśmy również miejsca do przechowywania kostek lodu, ponieważ lodówka w pokoju nie miała zamrażarki, a personel nam w tym pomógł. Śniadanie serwowane jest od 6:30, ale niestety nie mogliśmy go zjeść, mimo że było opłacone, ponieważ musieliśmy się spieszyć na poranny lot. Hotel oferuje transfer lotniskowy do KLIA. Chociaż mieliśmy rezerwację, moje nazwisko gdzieś się pomyliło. Na szczęście kierowca busa był bardzo pomocny i mimo to udzielił nam pomocy i dowiózł nas na lotnisko, mimo że mojego nazwiska nie było na liście. Był jednak jeden poważny minus. Podgrzewacz wody w prysznicu miał problem – woda stawała się bardzo gorąca nawet po wyregulowaniu, co utrudniało kąpiel dziecka wczesnym rankiem. Mogliśmy to zgłosić, ale była godzina około 4 rano, a przebieralnia o tej porze byłaby bardzo trudna ze względu na ilość bagażu i wczesny transfer na lotnisko o 6 rano. Niestety, to bardzo zepsuło nam pobyt. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel jest piękny i komfortowy, z pomocnym personelem i dobrymi udogodnieniami, ale problem z podgrzewaczem wody w prysznicu wymaga uwagi, szczególnie w przypadku rodzin podróżujących z małymi dziećmi.

Strategic locations surrounded by restaurants and near to Super Mall. Easy to access through public transports (Grab) and availability of free car parking at LG floor. Highly recommended for short and long duration stay. 

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

I came to stay overnight here to attend our alumni event. Room is spacious, with a balcony facing the garden. However the sofa needed some cleaning as there were patches of stain and a few (cookie?) crumbs were seen when I first came inside. Parking is near to the room but a bit inconvenient to drag my luggages on the road. I had to carry my luggages instead. The iron provided in the room was chipped. I didn’t realise it until I added water for the steam to function - it leaked and wet the whole ironing board instead. My clothes ended up getting wet while I tried to iron them. The iron definitely needs replacement. Food from our group dinner event was below average. Coffee and tea served with sugar and super sweet by the way. Breakfast was okay for the price. Chicken rendang, croissant, and sardine curry are among the ones that are delicious in the breakfast spread. I came to stay here about 13-14 years ago. But now I think the rooms need a good revamp.

I stayed at Urban Inn Cyberjaya and overall it was a good experience for the price. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making it easy to travel around Cyberjaya and nearby Putrajaya. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.

Номера не соответствовали картинке. Вроде бронировал один, приезжаю в другой. Был очень шумный номер, просил переехать. Переехала ещё более шумный номер. Попросил вернуть деньги. Очень тяжело возвращали, помогла только техподдержка трипком. В итоге заселили меня на одну ночь вообще в другом месте.

I got lost three times at the wrong branch of the swing & pillow hotel. It was very tiring. And you know what? It turns out this hotel is next to Bary Inn. And this used to be part of the Bary Inn hotel so it still looks newly renovated. The room is small, suitable for short transit. The downside is there are no tea / coffee sachets in the room, no shampoo, no toothbrush provided. Around me I only found two restaurants that require a 10-minute walk. For comfort and security, it's quite good because we are given two cards, one access card to enter the hotel and one card for the room. The bed is a bit short for me who is 175cm 🤭 but the front desk staff are very friendly. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and service enhancements so that transitors will want to stay here. because the other branches are better and have more places to eat.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient. The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout. One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session. In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.
