„The breakfast is good for the price, there are days that the menu is better. But overall, it’s acceptable. There’s just some issue in terms of the response time of the staff, when requests were not catered immediately. The road going to the hotel is also under repair that’s kinda hassle. There’s no elevator connected directly to the floows so you have to take the stairs 😅”

„The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu.”

„Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!”

We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit.
* Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture.
* Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones.
* Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency.
* Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.
Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

GGośćThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

GGośćI stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring.
I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

GGośćnice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us.
I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

SSolamia AñascoThis was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here.
We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309.
At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them.
After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed.
I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest.
I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!

GGośćObszar był bardzo idealny z dobrym widokiem. Załoga była również uprzejma i przystosowana. Jednak udogodnienia były słabe, zwłaszcza w łazience. Głowa prysznicowa i tkanki złamano.
Wspomniano również, że śniadanie było w stylu bufetu, ale nie było. Było ”pomoc w bufecie”, gdzie załoga będzie nakarmić dla ciebie. Możesz mieć tylko to, co oni nakarmią. Nie jest problemem dla mnie, ale mam nadzieję, że wyraźnie o tym poinformowali.
Mam nadzieję, że będą mogli pracować nad tymi kwestiami.

GGośćThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
