Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay and would happily come back. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. During our 8 days, we received fresh towels three times, and when we kindly asked if the bed sheets could be changed, the staff happily took care of it. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The hotel staff and owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and were genuinely caring throughout our stay. The view from the room is pleasant both during the day and at night. It is also a quiet room overall. The only occasional disturbance was some construction work early in the morning on one or two days, but it wasn't a major issue. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. We especially appreciated that it includes a cleaning/anti-mold function, as we've had unpleasant experiences with moldy-smelling air conditioners in other hotels (like) before. The location is excellent. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with a large Lotus's supermarket and many other well-known stores. It is also only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Services like Grab (Taxi, Food, and Mart), iDrive, LINEMAN, as well as the 7-Eleven and Lotus's apps all worked perfectly from this location, making it very convenient. The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi on the 6th floor. The signal was already weak in our room, and during the last three or four days it unfortunately stopped working completely. Thankfully, we had a True SIM card with mobile data, so we were still able to browse the internet and even stream movies without any problems. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. Prices are only slightly higher than in the supermarket. As a small suggestion rather than criticism, it could be a nice bonus if these were offered at supermarket prices, as some hotels do. It would be a lovely way to stand out even more and add extra value for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. This hotel is a small-medium size in Morocco style, quite unique! The decoration is beautiful, especially , if you love photo taking. May be because of the style decoration, so it is hard to clean the room in every detail, so some dirt may be found. We stayed 2 nights during the time there was a big group of seminar guests, which leaded to the quality of tap water is not good at all that I felt. However, the staff at the front are service minded.

I have stayed ithis hotel before and was more than happy to book an 11 day stay for my daughter. Only problem is that if your room does not overlook the pool, then the noise from the 'entertainment strip' on the other side can be a little iritating. KJ Batt

A great location. Unfortunately it is pretty run down. At the pool there are floor boards broken, Some bits of board missing. The glass wall has a very sharp piece of jagged metal running underneath its whole length. It has corroded out and not been replaced. A real danger to anyone who swims across to take a look through if they sim across and slam or even put their hands on to the top of the wall. The deck chairs are also missing a heap of slats and have mouldy foam as the vinyl covers have long gone. The gym was also really run down. The floor foam is so old it covered you in blue bits of perished ”dust” as it disintegrated on contact. The wifi is unreliable, with only one of to bring able to use it at a time. Half the time 1 of us was locked out. Amen I reported it the girl unhelpfully repeated I have to log back in every time we are kicked out. At times that was about 30 seconds of access then it dropped out and we had no wifi. We had our set to automatically log us back in, which made little difference because it would then just kick us out again. We got down to breakfast at 8 one mooring and were told half of the got food was finished a they had run out. That was a bit poor. But otherwise most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. And it was a great location to go and view the lake, museum and ducks.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. Honestly wonderful yet enjoyable stay. However the downside is the alleyways. Do be careful to use google maps to always find your way back!

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind. The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.
