Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. „My friend and I stayed here during a business trip in Cappadocia, and honestly, we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were quite tired, and the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They kindly gave us a room before our official check-in time so we could rest, and even arranged for us to stay in one room while our second suite was being prepared. We ended up staying in two suites, and both were absolutely beautiful. The rooms and suites are elegant, stylish, and beautifully decorated. It’s also a great place for anyone who loves taking photos, as every detail and corner is very photogenic. The terrace is another lovely spot, especially for breakfast. I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included because their breakfast was genuinely delicious and beautifully prepared. What we appreciated the most was their flexibility — even when we woke up late and missed the official breakfast time, they still kindly arranged breakfast for us. That small gesture really made us feel cared for. The staff were extremely professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. They would regularly check on us and ask if we needed anything, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful they were without making us feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt much more personal than staying at a regular hotel. We genuinely felt welcomed and cared for, almost like we were staying with family rather than simply being guests We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Spacious rooms, large bathroom with hot tub. Newly built rooms, so they are all in good condition. Alper at reception is a legend and will help you with everything. We booked our balloon and green tour through him, it was 10/10. Location is good, linen and towels were clean. Everything you would expect on a more premium stay. Definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel and I am very happy with my experience. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Cappadocia. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Bahar, who was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Please choose Osmanli Hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness is good, everyday we have new towels and amenities refilled, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is 1.5km walks to the central of tourist spot such as Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, it's a pity that the Netflix was not working, wifi quite stable, definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience.

When I arrived at the hotel, staff said that we have no resevation of you.and rooms are full. I was so suprised ... but finally, staff prepared our room.(fantastic cave room) I dont know if this mistake is by the hotel. Anyway, the staff was kind for me.He arranged some great tours including hot air balloon. thank you.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.
