„The room was very nice. Parking wasn't a major problem, but finding a parking space was a bit difficult. There's no room service, and Wi-Fi is mandatory. Unfortunately, we experienced Wi-Fi problems for the last two days. Additionally, on the day of check-in, August 18th, 2026, we arrived between 5-6 AM. Despite calling and informing them that check-in time was 2 PM, due to a misunderstanding, we were sent to our room before 2 PM on the 18th and had to pay separately. „A peaceful gem on the hillside near Uçhisar Castle – the perfect escape from Göreme’s bustle. Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.”

„Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout, providing detailed and thoughtful service. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. The freshly made omelets, in particular, were the 'King of Turkey' – absolutely delicious and a real highlight every morning. A major convenience was the hotel's ability to book all local tours and activities (hot air balloons, Red Line/Green Line tours, ATV rides, etc.). The prices were reasonable and saved us the hassle of comparing and booking ourselves, making our travel plans much smoother. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!”

„C'est vraiment un hôtel magnifique avec une qualite de services au plus haut niveau. Il faut absolument visiter le spa et profiter des doigts d'or des masseuses (Tarima Kasim !) qui proposent tout type de massages a un tarif raisonnable pour ce type d'établissement. La piscine intérieure est somptueuse et il y a également une piscine extérieure et un jardin ombragé où il est possible de se désaltérer ou de prendre son repas. Notre suite était très bien équipée, voûtée en pierre, avec un jacuzzi et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le wifi rapide, la télévision grande avec de nombreuses chaînes et connectable avec androïd. La climatisation pourrait être plus efficace mais suffit néanmoins. Surtout, la grande fenêtre donne sur une colline où l'on peut s'amuser à observer longtemps les anciennes habitations troglodytiques locales qui sont magnifiquement éclairées au lever du soleil. Les activités ne manquent pas et l'hôtel en propose une large palette, de la séance en ballon au quad en passant par la randonnée à cheval, avec toujours un appréciable niveau de service très haut de gamme. Le petit dejeu et est proprement merveilleux avec une démonstration live de réalisation de délicieuses crêpes locales réalisées par une jeune fille (dont l'assise pourrait peut être être rendue plus confortable ?). Jus d'orange frais, nombreux fromages et fruits secs locaux... Le restaurant ferme tard et propose des spécialités locales intéressantes à déguster. Le service est d'autant plus attentionné que les maîtres d'hôtel parlent anglais. Demandez à profiter de la visite du sous sol pour découvrir les incroyables suites troglodytiques dont le raffinement n'a d'égal que l'authenticité de la décoration faite d'objets locaux hétéroclites. Toutes encercle autour d'une autre piscine, elles sont vraiment toutes plus belles les unes que les autres mais ont évidemment un prix en conséquence...”

„The place is a wonderful location. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. You can walk to a lot of different attractions in the region without much difficulty. There’s 20 or 30 restaurants within a five minute walk the view of the hot air balloon balloons from my room was amazing. The Turkish breakfast included in the room is a great value and is so large. Spacious rooms, large bathroom with hot tub. Newly built rooms, so they are all in good condition. Alper at reception is a legend and will help you with everything. We booked our balloon and green tour through him, it was 10/10. Location is good, linen and towels were clean. Everything you would expect on a more premium stay. Definitely worth it.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

The cleanliness is good, everyday we have new towels and amenities refilled, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is 1.5km walks to the central of tourist spot such as Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, it's a pity that the Netflix was not working, wifi quite stable, definitely recommended.

gotta truly say, this spot’s a whole vibe! Never felt this good before—owner’s super gentle, and the room’s massive with a style that’s straight-up next level. A truly authentic Mediterranean vibe with a unique twist—definitely worth experiencing! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience.

12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

Wszystko bardzo mi się podobało. Hotel położony jest w Göreme, w samym sercu parku. Blisko głównej ulicy, gdzie można napić się pysznej kawy. Wszyscy w hotelu są bardzo mili, zorganizowali transport na lotnisko. Widok z tarasu jest przepiękny.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.
