We stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed. The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel near Nha Trang. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a unique, stylish design. Everything we needed was provided even an ironing board with an iron, as well as glasses for wine and other drinks. The room also smelled very приятный and fresh, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. We were welcomed with a lovely compliment from the hotel a fruit platter and all drinks at the bar were included, which was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and served as a buffet. There was a wide variety of food for different tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel territory is large and well-maintained, with several swimming pools, direct access to the sea, and a great gym. There’s also a game room, which is a nice touch. Overall, this is a truly stunning hotel with great service. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again!

The resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing. For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed. In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the resort has great potential to become an even better destination. 이 리조트는 훌륭한 휴식과 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있어 행복한 휴가를 보내기에 매우 좋은 곳이었다. 특히 연말 이벤트는 매우 기억에 남고 즐거웠다. 하지만 서비스 품질 면에서는 개선이 필요한 부분이 많다. 특히 식당 직원들의 태도와 대응 방식이 실망스러웠다. 예를 들어, 핫소스를 요청했을 때 없다고 안내받았지만, 실제로는 직원 뒤에 분명히 놓여 있었다. 또한 아침 조식 뷔페에서 우유가 떨어져 리필을 요청했을 때, 한 직원이 짜증 난 표정으로 우유병을 가져갔으나 약 30~40분이 지나도록 끝내 우유를 채워놓지 않았다. 이로 인해 나뿐만 아니라 다른 손님들 역시 우유를 이용하지 못했다. 기다리는 동안 그 직원과 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고, 그녀는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 듯한 무관심한 태도를 보였다. 전반적으로 로비 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 만족스러웠지만, 식당 직원들은 더 나은 교육이 필요해 보인다. 이러한 부분이 개선된다면 이 리조트는 더욱 훌륭한 곳이 될 가능성이 크다.

큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음. 그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음. 단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요

Everything was the best, including the room facilities and services. All-inclusive style was also very satisfied. I would like to stay this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang.

I slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed.

Great place to stay, great swimming pool, beautiful lobby, large rooms, with ocean view balcony. Beautiful breakfast, and one of the only hotels on the strip close to the ocean, not set back from the ocean. At must stay hotel, resort.

The hotel stay in CamRanh Central where easy go to the international airport and CamRanh bay, the reception is friendly, the room is clean,
