Po pierwsze, nazwa hotelu była inna niż w momencie rezerwacji. Adres również był inny. Kiedy zeskanowałem mapę w Grab, nie był to The Ocean View Cam Ranh ani adres. Byłem zdezorientowany, ale zapytałem personel hotelu, w którym się wymeldowałem, zadzwoniłem do nich i dowiedziałem się adresu. Dotarłem na miejsce. Wpisz „Imperial Hotel” lub „Arena Hotel”. Po dotarciu do Jeongan wpisz „Cam Ranh Spoon”. Pojawi się restauracja. Ten hotel jest oddalony o około minutę spacerem. Spędziłem w tym hotelu pół nocy. Jest ogromny, a za nim znajduje się inny hotel, który wygląda dokładnie tak samo. Myślę, że wybudował go duży konglomerat. Hotel jest duży i przyjemny jak na swoją cenę. Jednak nie ma wielu gości, więc jest trochę cicho. Zjadłem w restauracji na parterze hotelu. Burger wołowy i tom yum goong były słodkie, ale pyszne, a sajgonki również były pyszne. Do czterech puszek piwa doliczono opłatę serwisową w wysokości 23%, więc całkowity koszt wyniósł ponad 800 000 VND. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Nha Trang, prawdopodobnie zatrzymam się w tym hotelu ponownie, nawet jeśli tylko na pół nocy. Transfer lotniskowy kosztuje 60 000 VND za dwie osoby za noc, a nawet zamówiłem Graba o 22:00. Ale nie sądzę, żebym zawracał sobie głowę pobytem tutaj przez dwa dni i jedną noc w Cam Ranh. Może to była pogoda, ale było pochmurno i panowała ponura atmosfera.

Although I did not choose this place at first (due to the anniversary, there were many rooms available), I was really surprised because the experience was very good. The room was clean, the small balcony had a beautiful view, very chill. The staff was friendly and cute. Although the location was a bit far from the center, it was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful scenery, reasonable room layout on campus. Rich and delicious breakfast. I will come back if I have the chance!

돌아오는날 새벽 비행기라 기존리조트 퇴실하고 공항가까운 숙소 찾다가 예약하고 쉬다가 공항으로 갔는데 시설 깔끔하고 바다뷰이고 나름 괜찮았어요

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Ośrodek jest duży, ale sprawia wrażenie słabo rozwiniętego. Obłożenie prawdopodobnie nie jest tak wysokie, jak powinno. Sklepy, które wydają się być do wynajęcia lub sprzedaży, są szczególnie zatłoczone. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, 4 km dalej znajduje się restauracja K10, która jest całkiem dobra i oferuje transport wahadłowy. Ceny w hotelu i K10 są znacznie wyższe niż średni koszt życia w Wietnamie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt był jednak całkiem przyjemny.

I’ve traveled extensively around Vietnam and stayed in hotels of different categories, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. Pros: * Beautiful private beach with plenty of clean sun loungers. * Large swimming pool and well-maintained grounds. * The rooms are spacious and comfortable overall. Cons: * Finding this particular section of the hotel was surprisingly difficult because it’s part of a larger resort complex. After a long flight, I expected better guidance, but the staff simply pointed in the general direction instead of helping us find the correct building. * The biggest disappointment was the hotel’s attitude toward drinking water. The room only includes two small 355 ml bottles. When I asked for more, I was told that only those two bottles were complimentary and any additional water had to be purchased from the bar for 25,000 VND per bottle. After traveling around Vietnam, where hospitality is usually outstanding, this felt unnecessarily stingy and left a very poor impression. * After arriving hungry from the airport, we went to the hotel restaurant. Although it wasn’t a weekend and there were empty tables, we were told they were too busy and weren’t accepting any more guests, and to come back in an hour. That was very disappointing after a long journey. * Beach towels are not included for guests staying in this section of the resort, while guests in other parts of the same complex receive them free of charge. It’s a small thing, but the inconsistent policy is frustrating. * The bathroom lacks even simple shelves or holders for shampoo and shower gel, so everything has to be placed on the floor while showering. Overall: The facilities themselves are good, but the service and overall attitude toward guests did not meet my expectations. What disappointed me most was not the hotel itself, but the lack of hospitality, which is something I’ve come to appreciate everywhere else in Vietnam. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel jest przestronny, piękny, pokoje czyste. Na początku nie było jasne, dokąd iść, do którego budynku. Na plaży w niektórych miejscach leżą śmieci. Jeśli śniadanie nie jest wliczone w cenę pokoju, jedzenie stanie się problemem, ponieważ jest dość drogie w hotelu i okolicy. Przed podróżą trzeba zrobić zakupy w supermarkecie, aby porządnie się najeść. Hotel oferuje transfer z Nha Trang, o tym nie wiedziałem, ale byłoby to tańsze niż taksówka. Admin Harry w recepcji był bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, poprawił mi humor. Pomógł mi również to zrozumieć. Ogólnie hotel i obsługa są doskonałe. Chciałbym, żeby śniadanie było wliczone w cenę (będzie lepsze).
