"The hotel is nice. Good location. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work nor did the elevator. Makes luggage more difficult and when it’s hot it’s not a great thing."

"If I was rating this property on the room alone, it would get a 4 or 5. But I am downgrading it due to very poor customer service. After my stay, a sent an email to the contact person with a couple of suggestions. She acknowledged receiving it, but did not comment on the issues. I then emailed her again to follow up, and she then immediately called me and accused me of...wait for it...harassment! That's quite a loose definition of harassment to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be back, as I choose to only do business with those who treat their customers well and use language appropriate for the situation...what a concept!"

"This inn is a real gem in Paso Robles. The property is lovely. The room very nice. Each day we were treated to a wonderful breakfast plus happy hour wine and heavy appetizers in the afternoon from 4-6. Highly recommend a stay here."

"I would not recommend this place. False advertisement saying the pool was open the day before, which was not they can't even pass safety regulations. It was very hot and the ice machine did not work. The gentleman, the guy I wouldn't call him a gentleman who works there, was very, very passive-aggressive. I was not happy at all. Would not stay there ever again!"
