It was very hot and the ice machine did not work. The gentleman, the guy I wouldn't call him a gentleman who works there, was very, very passive-aggressive. I was not happy at all. Would not stay there ever again!"

We requested some additional linens and they brought us some immediately. The instructions were clear and we had no trouble parking or getting to the loft.
