The hotel were equally impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the Rooftop Bar experience. The Rooftop served delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was great. Last but not least, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs set a new standard for hospitality.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

Plus: The hotel location is quite strategic near the cihampel, a lot of food selling in front of the hotel, the room is large enough for the budget hotel size, the room is clean, the price is cheap (I order via 1), standard breakfast for star hotel 3, friendly staff, Quick check in/out process Minus: There was no standby staff watching at the door, so we picked up our own baggage, there was a table in the ruangan that was a bit dusty (maybe forgot to clean) at that time the room I placed the window was a little small maybe because of my - They're a very cheap price :) Besides, everything is ok, I give you a good review because it's worth the price I have to pay.

Pro's : Clean room, cute seasons theme, only those with key can access the upper floor (where the rooms are), surrounded by many choices of places to eat, delicious breakfast with quite various dishes. Con's : Small elevator, small parking, small pool, hotel location in front of gas station, is on a one way street.

This hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...
