"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. In the price of the room breakfast is included, and what breakfast (cafe, bread, growing, fruit, yagurt, honey and cooking house ...) I recommend this address to spend a stay in Pau. I join the photos of my room that is the most small of the house : for 1 person !"

Appart'Hotel Victoria Garden Pau ★★★

📍 5 Rue Ronsard, Pau

"We went as a family and stayed in a room for four. The beds were perfect. The location was a bit uphill, though on the outskirts, which we knew was the case, and it was next to a huge supermarket and entertainment area. The room was perfect, the bathroom was large, there was plenty of light, and the aparthotel amenities were sufficient. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn't use the lunch service. The only downside was that the kitchen was very small, but still usable."

Hotel de Gramont

Hotel de Gramont ★★★★

📍 3 Pl. Gramont, Pau

"An old building with appropriate decor. Very picturesque. Excellent breakfast. We checked in at dawn, and the receptionist immediately said, on his own initiative, that he would speak to his colleague about extending breakfast time. A very kind gesture. Check-out was until 11:30 a.m., which was very nice. They had an electric kettle and keys for tea in the room. In the bathroom, a disposable set with: a sewing kit, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a shaving razor, a makeup remover and a nail file. Very attentive."

"I found the hotel not up to the 5 star level . There was not even room service or a snack to be served to guests on a Sunday. I had to order from Uber eats not to starve as I was tired to go out and search a place to eat . It’s service more of an Ibis hotel than a french 5 stars … really deceiving!!"

Hôtel Montilleul - Villa Primrose Hotele w: Pau

Hôtel Montilleul - Villa Primrose

"Very bad experience. I had to wait 30 minutes without news before having the access codes to go home. The hotel was empty. There was a cigarette smell in the room and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I had a little bit of waste water in the washing room that was closed, and the foot of the washing room was run away in the shower room that was next to it. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I had no proposal to change the room and my conversator hang me up to the nose. I went to go and sleep in another hotel at my expense. Now the Hotel Montilleul doesn't want to reimburse me. I strongly disadvise this place that is unhealthy and unsafe."

Hôtel du Palois Pau Centre Bosquet ex Quality ★★★★
"It's a 4-star hotel, but it deserves at least one star. The hotel is quite dirty. The carpeting in the hallways and rooms was very dirty. The only good things are the location and the free parking. You can walk to the pedestrian area."

"So we arrived at the hotel to pick up our keys. The man at the reception was on the phone and was making his schedules. We waited more than 20 minutes to pick up the keys. They were incredibly rude, he made me cancel a reservation to make another reservation, I want to point out that this man is incredibly rude"

"We did not read the reviews before, but in retrospect the latest ones are a true reflection of this place. The positives, it’s close to the town center, its pet friendly the pillows were remarkably comfortable. The negatives:- it’s scruffy, difficult to park close to it. It’s next to a night club so expect noise until 05:00 at the weekend. If you have reduced mobility there only access to the lobby are via a series of steps. The hotels photos are misleading, their main photo is of the town chateau! It’s now become my number 1 worst hotel I’ve stayed in!"
