"Hotels was great service was fab and food in restaurant great. Only thing missing is a jacuzzi in the spa. Our trip was spoilt by the reception charging us twice for our accommodation. Already paid via trip.com and then got home to discover the hotel had also charged directly. Despite informing Hotel of this error on day of departure, a week later and multiple tel call we still haven’t the money returned to our account. As a result we will not be returning as very poor post trip customer care!"

"We stayed at Cringletie for one night on our way to Aberdeen to catch a ferry to Shetland. Our stay coincided with my mother in laws 94th birthday. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were all charming and we were looked after very well. Lovely rooms, delicious food and a memorable experience in a beautiful setting."

"Nice enough hotel good large clean room and bathroom. We didn't eat in the evening but did have an excellant breakfast. A couple of people we were talking to said their breakfast was slow service so we expected that but everything was great. Slight issue was slowish bar service as only one person working Played golf on a lovely course which is quite challenging but very enjoyable. Looking forward to heading there again later in the year"

Na powiedzenie, że reszta hotelu była bardzo czysta, wygodna i przyjemna. Staff byli pomagający i przyjazny, a także uważny. Jedzenie było doskonałe i menu miały wielki wybór do wyboru. Z pewnością odwiedzę ponownie, ale jako standardowe pokoje są bardziej nowoczesne i komfortowe, chciałbym zapoznać się z dowolnym pokojem przed zatwierdzeniem jakiejkolwiek aktualizacji"

"We absolutely loved every aspect of our brief stay at Cringletie. From the welcoming Kirsty on reception , the lovely warm temperatures in all rooms on a bitterly cold day , the fabulous room we were allocated and the delicious tasting dinner we enjoyed in the evening everything was top notch. The building itself is stunning, and the interior decor is sympathetic to its age. The quality of staff is probably the best we have ever come across on our travels, Attention to detail was outstanding and in our eyes made the stay perfect. We can’t wait to visit again soon."
