Apartamentos Ponent

OBSZAR: Peguera. Apartamenty znajdują się w tej okolicy, która jest godzinę i dziesięć minut od lotniska, środkami transportu publicznego. Jak na mój gust, jest to doskonała okolica. Supermarkety, restauracje, bary, wszystko w pobliżu. Plaża przed hotelem jest w bardzo dobrym stanie, są prysznice.Byłem tam pod koniec sierpnia i była to plaża z kilkoma falami i bardzo przyjemną temperaturą. HOTEL: Od powitania wszystko jest idealne. W moim przypadku zostaliśmy przyjęci przez chłopca o imieniu José, który traktował nas z wielką życzliwością i prowadził nas we wszystkim, o co poprosiliśmy (pobliskie plaże do odwiedzenia, restauracje, wypożyczalnie samochodów). Już po wejściu do mieszkania odniosłem wrażenie, że wszystko było w nienagannym stanie. Wszystko zadbane, zadbane, w całym mieszkaniu klimatyzacja, naczynia kuchenne "wszystkie niezbędne minimum" do gotowania. Kuchenka mikrofalowa. Wszystko co wymieniłem w idealnym stanie. Personel hotelu ogólnie, z dobrym nastawieniem i doskonałym traktowaniem gości. Basen hotelowy, również w idealnym stanie. PS Jeśli chcesz odwiedzić bardzo piękną plażę, polecam: San Telmo. Wniosek: Apartamenty Ponent były doskonałym wyborem na zakończenie tegorocznych wakacji. Z pewnością powtórzymy.

Amazing stay, 5 star apartments excellent location to all bars and restaurants, 3 stunning beaches 1 minute walk away, apartments cleaned everyday, nice indoor pool and gym, plenty of sunbeds, nice square with fairground rides across the road

Staff all friendly and helpful

Regular visitors who love the location & facilities. The staff are always welcoming and super helpful. The only hiccup for us this stay was the annual saints Festival that took place about 100 yards away with extremely loud music from 9pm until approximately 3am for 3 consecutive days. If a warning could be added when booking regarding the festival that might help families pick an alternative week.

The apartment was nice, however you can hear everything from outside and/or neighbors noise. · I had the worst experience ever in this vacation; going with my mother, I booked 11 days hoping for a nice and quiet time, however we were treated in the restaurant very bad especially by one of the waiters who made us to stop having breakfast after few days.We were offended and the rest of the vacation we felt very uncomfortable.Breakfast was poor and we have to ask every time to brig us something and they let everyone to take some food in their rooms except us,even mentioned it in a threading voice not to do it as we were punished;they serve differently and preferably other guests and hope this was not the reason that we are from Romania (even though one waiter mentioned our country in his conversations few times).The staff restaurant treated us differently compared with other guests in terms of service, amount of food and behavior.Hotel manager apologized and refunded the breakfast amount for the rest of the vacation however we felt and still are very much offended from such a horrible experience! I was working in high class cruise ships, hotels all over the world and I understand that nothing is perfect from food to accommodation, however when as a guest you are feeling uncomfortable and offended from a vacation that you expected to be at least relaxed is a very big difference!

Absolutely perfect. We went as a girl's trip. Our room slept 4 comfortably, featured a kitchen, and we could see the water from our balcony! Perfect location; restaurants, shops, and beach within steps. I'd recommend this restaurant to a family or a group. Hotel staff were wonderful and this room was immaculate! AC was broken when we checked in but was promptly fixed and worked perfectly.

Apart hôtel très bien situé au pied de la plage de Paguera. Intérieur rénové c’est joli mais …… Le bâtiment lui doit daté et l’insonorisation est INEXISTANTE ; un bruit horrible et ce dès 7h du matin ou les femmes de chambre commencent la danse des chariots roulants. Prise des chambres pour 14h on est arrivés un peu avant 13h, on demande au réceptionniste si possibilité de faire le Check in et sans un appel au service d’étage sa réponse fut ferme : NON c’est 14h …. Je lui demande si alors on peut se stationner sur le parking ( que j’avais réservé en amont ) et la, même réponse : NON c’est 14h…. C’était dimanche jour de la déferlante tempête sur les baléares .. nous avions roulés près de 2h sous des trombes d’eau à environ 20kms/h , nous étions épuisés et le réceptionniste fit des plus désagréable ! Mais ce fut le seul ; le reste du personnel est gentil et serviable. La piscine est très petite. Maintenant autre point noir en plus de l’insonorisation la propreté : de la poussière en veux tu en voila .. une personne allergique dans l’appartement et c’était la cata …, A notre arrivée à 14h , appartement réservé pour 4 et préparé pour 2 ! Par contre départ jusqu’à 11h et là on est partis à 9:30… là ça pose aucun problème ; à force de ne marcher que dans un sens , le client ne reviendra pas. Nous connaissons pas mal de coin sur l’île et nous ne reviendrons pas au Ponent c’est certain . Dommage c’est pas souvent que l’on est si négatif mais la ….

Établissement très propre et appartement très bien rénové. Petit bémol pour l’acoustique par rapport aux bruits des étages supérieurs.
