"Minęło kilka miesięcy od mojego pobytu w Aethos Mallorca i do dziś nikt z hotelu ani kierownictwa nie skontaktował się ze mną, aby przedstawić wyjaśnienie lub rozwiązanie. Podczas pobytu zapomniałem osobistej bransoletki o ogromnej wartości sentymentalnej i finansowej. Zgłosiłem to natychmiast z lotniska, podając swoje dane kontaktowe i obiecując, że oddzwonią. To się nigdy nie zdarzyło. Musiałem kilkakrotnie dzwonić, a bransoletka nigdy się nie pojawiła. Późniejsza cisza świadczy o całkowitym braku reakcji, empatii i odpowiedzialności wobec klienta. Poza zgubionym przedmiotem, rozczarowujący jest całkowity brak reakcji z biegiem czasu. W hotelu, który pozycjonuje się jako ekskluzywny i luksusowy, takie podejście jest po prostu niedopuszczalne. Sprawia wrażenie, że po otrzymaniu płatności za pobyt klient przestaje się liczyć. Szkoda, bo otoczenie i sam hotel są piękne, ale kierownictwo, ochrona i obsługa klienta nie dorównują standardowi, za który się płaci. To doświadczenie wzbudziło ogromną nieufność i niestety nie mogę polecić hotelu."

The breakfast has a great variety of things to eat and drink all very fresh and great value for money. Will certainly be back for another stay . Spa was excellent but the staff didn’t speak a great deal of English, however I had a full body massage and really enjoyed it."

"I really liked the hotel. The hosts were very hospitable! The hotel is not large, but very cozy and clean. Rooms are cleaned every day except Thursday. Breakfasts are small, but everything is tasty and fresh. The sea is a couple of minutes' walk away, and the sea is very impressive. There are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shop in the area. Lidl and Euroski supermarkets are not far from the hotel. On Tuesdays, a mobile market comes along these shops. The market sells meat, sausages, cheeses, olives, olive oils, wine, fruit, sweets, leather goods, and clothing. There is a tour desk. We bought a guided tour of Palma, went to the cathedral and a little bit of the city - we really enjoyed it. The guide in Palma, Alena, made the tour so enjoyable - I recommend her. There is also a bus stop nearby. We went to Palma for a walk ourselves on bus 102. You can go to the ring road (that's the bus station, and buses to other cities go there too). Everything was very clear (I don't speak much English). We loved everything! I wish everyone a wonderful holiday!!!"

"Let's start with the positives... The property is just steps from the sea, in the middle of the evening stroll, and the breakfast is acceptable. A lovely garden with a pool surrounds it. Let's move on to the negatives, which, unfortunately, are many. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are poorly equipped and dirty, the air conditioning is outdated, and the balconies have rickety railings. Cigarette butts left by previous guests. The dinner was of very poor quality, and a lot of frozen fish. The dining room staff was neither friendly nor approachable. This is an experience not to be repeated, and this is a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. There are better places in Paguera."

"Kiedy meldowaliśmy się z naszym siedmioletnim dzieckiem, José powiedział nam, że dzieci mogą korzystać z basenów tylko wtedy, gdy „nie hałasują”! To nie było zbyt ciepłe powitanie po całym dniu podróży. Poprosiliśmy o zwrot pieniędzy, ale odmówił. Jeśli Apartmentos Ponent chcą zakładać dzieciom kagańce, powinny zostać w strefie tylko dla dorosłych. Nie zrobią tego jednak, ponieważ oczekują pieniędzy od rodzin, a jednocześnie nie chcą być przyjazne dla rodzin. Informacje na stronie internetowej również są mylące – widok na morze jest niedostępny, chyba że na najwyższym 5. piętrze – nie zatrzymujcie się tutaj – José, nie ma mowy!"

"Basic apartments, value for money.One of the downsides were the rock hard beds! You get what you pay for considering it was a cheap & cheeful hols.Expect tiny ants if you leave food out! Rooms were cleaned daily, ok standard. Hotel has 2 blocks both with pools but was a bit cold...kids went in anyway. 2 mins walk to the beach. The apartments are located on the main street in Paguera so very convenient if u choose to go self-catering.Lots of shops on your doorstep. We went half-board,the food was Ok, usual buffet style. The beach is only 2 mins away, which was a bonus! Menus, signs & notices in Spanish & German as Paguera is popular with German tourists. That didn't bother us at all...had a great laugh trying to communicate in broken spanish🤣.Staff also speak basic German,you hardly come across English speaking locals, which was great for us as we wanted a full local experience😍.Went on a 5hr boat trip to Dragon Island, €120(incl lunch & refreshments) 2 adults & 2 children. Best part of our hols!The Dock was only 10 mins away. Took day trips to Palma, Santa Ponsa & Magaluf, but stop right outside the apartments. Would stay there again if we found another bargain with teletext but not if paying full wack!😜"

"Stayed here at the Valentin Somni as a couple, we are in our early 40’s , in October half term week. Resort was quiet at this time, which suited us just fine. The hotel was still very busy and popular though. We were greeted with a choice of juice or fizz on arrival by Melanie who was lovely and polite. Room was compact as expected but very nicely decorated , spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons expected including a powerful hair dryer fridge kettle and TV tuned to English channels Beds were an absolute dream., so comfy ., haven’t slept so well in years! The glass partition shower/wc which I knew about before booking did make me wonder if this could cause embarrassment as a new-ish couple .. but there is the option of the lobby if prefer a closed door The food was exceptional, every day there was so much choice, fresh fruit, omelettes made to order at breakfast and I loved the fruit smoothies! I’m a terribly fussy eater usually but there was always plenty of options, partner was having 3 plates every night because there was so much choice (good job he was cycling over 100km some days lol) The restaurant greeter man (sorry didn’t get his name) was super friendly and helped my partner with his Spanish practice. The hotel was decorated to a high standard throughout and was exceptionally clean. All the staff from housekeeping to gardening were polite and would say hello There was regular daytime entertainment, but we were usually out and about so we did not partake, but it looked like a very fun filled activity schedule every day Evening entertainment.. we were lucky enough to be there for Halloween and they went to a massive effort, including the dining room staff where everything was Halloween themed. We were very impressed. We also enjoyed the quiz and won a free lunch. Other evening entertainment included singers which were ok, but the karaoke… Who knew there were such talented guests in our hotel! Such a fun night There is also bingo most nights if that’s your thing There were a few packs of cards and other board games in reception which was a nice touch , a lot of people that we saw opted to play cards in the evening. We wish we had bought our dominoes with us as well as that was the only game they didn’t have, which is nice and easy to play in a reception setting This is a beautiful resort and great for cyclists. There is a bike hire (dr bike) 2 minute walk from the hotel which we highly recommend. There was a small , but perfectly well equipped gym which I used a few time, also a sauna which I didn’t get chance to try. I had a 60 minute relaxing massage which was lovely, but the sales lady told me it can be charged to the room., To my embarrassment after the massage I was supposed to pay cash so I had to dash to the room quickly. So please bear this in mind if you have a massage that you pay cash. I am lucky that my partner is a runner.. so he went out and checked the area for all the beauty spots o"

"Ja i moja córka spędziliśmy tu tydzień począwszy od 26 września. Wchodząc do recepcji hotelu widać, że jest to hotel 4-gwiazdkowy. Jednak na tym się to skończyło. Nasz pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, ani śladu kurzu, co jest pełnym uznaniem dla zespołu prowadzącego dom. Basen jest zdecydowanie za mały jak na wielkość hotelu. Jedzenie było średnie. Przekąskami w ciągu dnia były kanapki i owoce w lodówce przy barze, a nie to, czego oczekiwaliśmy na podstawie innych recenzji. Bar jest zimny i niezbyt zachęcający, nie ma wygodnych miejsc do siedzenia ani muzyki w tle. Tylko jedna osoba pracuje w barze. W kolejce przez 30 minut przez większość nocy, a następnie podawany napój w plastikowych kubkach. Wieczorem nie ma ładnych miejsc do siedzenia na zewnątrz, tylko kilka krzeseł używanych w ciągu dnia i stoły nigdy nie czyszczone. Nie mogę komentować rozrywki, ponieważ znajdowała się ona w pokoju pod jadalnią, co było dziwnym miejscem. Ponieważ był koniec sezonu, wydawało się, że nie ma wystarczającej liczby pracowników. Dlatego w jadalni częstowano się piwem i butelkami wina, a często brakowało czystych filiżanek i sztućców. Nie polecam tego hotelu. "

"Cisza, czysta, delikatna obsługa i bardzo miły śniadanie z świeżymi owocami i wiele różnych chleba do wyboru. Nie lubię rozwiązań łazienki, z drzwiami szklanymi, że nie można zamknąć prawidłowo, ale to też zarządzasz. Mała lodówka jest plus."

"Excellent team at reception, restaurant, and room maintenance, which were spotless. Towels were changed daily. Themed dinner evenings included grilled food, tapas, pizza, etc. We glimpsed the Russian owner, but she never came to speak to us. The restaurant offered good value for money. A major drawback we were unaware of before our stay: a significant number of stairs and steps to reach the room. This was a major issue. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only at the top of the building around the restaurant and pool. The breakfast was very Nordic, like many things here, but the focus is clearly on satisfying the dominant clientele, with few local products. The birds were feasting on the bread left out in the open! Not very hygienic. However, the overall impression was acceptable for a region where it's difficult to believe you're in "Catalonia of the Balearic Islands" or even in Spain at all."

"Płaciliśmy za ulepszenie naszego pokoju, aby włączyć maszynę do kawy, woda i owoce. Nikt nie był tam, poszedł na recepcję i został powiedziany, że nie oferują tej usługi już, ale włożyliby maszynę do kawy w nasz pokój. Przybyła maszyna do kawy, nie została oczyszczone, filtr miał w niej kawę, która była tłoczno. Zostaliśmy podani 2 butelki wody, otwarte z papierowymi kubkami. Housekeeping was horrible, miał prysznic pierwszy wieczór, używane toalety dostarczone, nigdy nie zostały zastąpione! Przybyły na niedzielne arkusze i ręczniki nie zostały zmienione do piątku. Meble nigdy nie były kurzone, lustro łazienki nie czyszczone."

"Great location, short walk to the Main Street and beach. Hotel has all amenities needed, staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are good size, we always choose seaview with balcony. I prefer the old building but this is purely preferential. Both buildings have the same rooms. Some more modern than others. Bathrooms are all the same. Breakfast buffet is great, selection is more than enough."
