This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.

It was our first time staying at Premiere Pekanbaru, the room was a bit lack of lighting but beside that everything was satisfying, from the time we check-in until check-out, the staffs were all nice, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was pretty good. Toilet wasn’t pretty accessible to kids around 3-6 years old who can already potty on their own because it’s using bidet instead of jet spray, and using bidet is uncomfortable and lots of hassle for kids. We visited the Swimming pool but we noticed that it was very dirty, I don’t know maybe because it was night already? Breakfast was pretty good and delicious, lots of varieties we can choose. Location is good so it’s easy for us to order things via online 👍🏻 overall it was a satisfactory. Thanks premiere, we will come back to stay again next time. Ps : thanks for the thoughtful thing to do like providing small playground area for the kids 😄

So far, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever been to in February. The breakfast is delicious, lots of food menus to choose from, no matter what you're confused about what to eat, hehe. complete with swimming pool and fitness gym. double thumbs up for the prince. :)

Staying with family by bringing a baby is quite comfortable, although with the lowest room type, the room is very comfortable, neat and clean. But unfortunately this hotel does not provide a baby coat facility, 1 Lobby is quite comfortable with sofa facilities, a varied breakfast menu with a delicious taste. Bellboy named Ari with a very enthusiastic and communicative help me and my family, housekeeping with a fast response can accommodate the additional facilities I want, very short check-in and check-out process. Best value hotel in the city center. :)

Booking room for my friends. Already have booking number and full payment before the day of check in, at the day my friend check in . Hotel was confirmed the booking can not check in because the rate not possible by owner. Its not too profesional as hotel and as owner of hotel. Reputasion of management of hotel and also the hotel will broke if this always happen. And then my friends change to another hotel. Very dissapointed about this.

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

The hotel is still new, so all the facilities and maintenance are still very well, just how the management does maintenance periodically. The location is also very good, which is on Sudirman protocol street, right across from Awal Bross Hospital and not far from the Shafira hospital, with the airport not far. For his room, I feel quite comfortable, the warm water works, the wifi network is quite fast, the service from the staff is quite good, unfortunately I'm a bit suspicious that I'm given a standard room (room 106), by the guy receptionist, while I ordered a superior room.
