My experience staying at the Zuri was pretty good, though the location was a bit complicated for me, and the room was comfortable enough but very small, the swimming pool was very nice Indeed, My daughter loved to swim there. Maybe you can improve on the floor access to the pool, the stairs were slippery and the toilet only one so we had to wait in line for some times. Being able to access transmart from the hotel location by walking distance is surely a plus point for this hotel. Maybe coming back to Stay next time.

For a satisfactory room, clean, comfortable, cold air conditioner, just happened to be in room 516. This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.

Room is clean and bright. Not much channel on tv though. Bathroom with hot and cold water. Toilet is nice. Bed with clean sheets and comfortable. Overall very good hotel with affordable price. Breakfast just fried rice, noodles and bread. Perfect place as a rest stop in between travel.
