for some reason I was upgraded to a better room than the one I booked. It was perfect. Unasked for, I also received the quietest location in the hotel. My room was large, had microwave and kitchen. During Covid you never know what you're going to get, however I was very pleased with everything.

Staff did not clean my room all weekend, checked out and went to the pool and they told us to leave the pool because we checked out already. Also paid for a night I didn’t even stay there and they did nothing for me. So they can take money from us to have two rooms no one stayed in but get upset when we stay in the pool for two extra hours

Great and varied breakfast included, with many choices. The indoor pool and hot-tub facilities were clean and well-maintained.

No complaints at all. Very quiet during our 2 day stay. Breakfast was phenomenal as was the hostess.
We requested a late checkout and were able to stay until 12:15
My only suggestion is to perhaps have a mat by the front door to put dirty shoes on. We put a towel down

Room not at all business friendly as there is no usb or power bar/plugs for laptop, tablets etc. even tables beside bed have no plugs near to plug phone etc in to charge at night. Not very convenient

Close to Walmart and 7/11. Has bus option around walmart area. Quick walk to Skaha lake too. Free breakfast was great!

Upon arrival, we checked for bedbugs. We didn't find any but the bedsheets had visible stains on them, giving us the impression the sheets had not been changed before we arrived.
Also, check in time was supposed to be 4 pm, however we arrived at 430-445 and were informed our room still was ready yet. waited about 15-20 mins for it to be ready.
over the course of the next 48 hrs, we had a couple of maintenance people come to look at the TVs in our room. Constant issues with the Optik TV service.
While it was a nice large room with full kitchen and very good shower, It's definitely a dated hotel than needs updating.
