"Mieliśmy fantastyczne pobyt w Valley Star Motel. Pokój był bardzo wygodny, bezpłatny i dobrze utrzymany. Wszystko czuło się czyste i dbane o, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt naprawdę relaksujący. Duży ogrzewany basen był ogromną premią i idealnym do cieplejszej pogody Penticton. Wielkie wartości i bardzo przyjemna atmosfera chętnie zostalibyśmy ponownie!"

"We picked this motel based off some decent reviews, and for our purposes, it was an ok stay. I would say still quite expensive for what you get, but it is high tourist season, so this was one of the most reasonably priced motels. When we arrived, it was raining, and our room was leaking from the roof. Because we had arrived late, we had to stay (as there is no one in the office during night hours). In the morning, we called the manager, and they were very quick to accommodate getting us another room. The rooms are dated, and not the cleanest. It was nice to have the small kitchen in our room, which had a coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge and stove. The wifi and a/c unit worked well. The grounds are nicely kept, pool area was nice. Ample parking. I would have liked to be able to see an actual owner or manager.....we never did see them in the office, we only every communicated by phone/email, so would be nice to have some business hours to talk to someone face to face Overall, ok stay, but this hotel needs some cleaning and updating. "
