"Three weeks ago, I booked a room for two nights one week in advance. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in. Two days later (five days before check-in), I called to cancel one of the nights. Cancellation is only possible by calling since they don't provide a link to cancel. They told me the manager does it because the girl I spoke to didn't have permission. When I didn't receive an email with the reservation modification, I called again, and they told me the manager would do it. I continued like this for three days, calling to get confirmation of the cancellation and a refund. Finally, two days before check-in, I received an email with the new reservation. Since then, I've continued checking my bank daily for the refund, which I still haven't received. They tell me the refund takes some time, but it's not normal that two weeks after requesting the cancellation and one week after the stay, I still don't have the payment for the canceled night.
