J'ai mis du temps à trouver l'hôtel mais une fois très bien . Accueil 24/24 ce qui permet de rentre sans souci

Really friendly greeting on arrival fron reception. The room we stayed in was a family room double with bunk over the top or seven year old loved the novelty of this. The room is small but has everything that was needed for our four night stay. Theres not a lot of privacy but that was on for us as we've been together for years and our daughter's young. We had no intention on spending a lot of time in the room and it was just a base for us to sleep and recharge between exploring the beautiful city and surrounding areas. The maids were excellent and kept the room clean and supplied with toilet roll and clean towels. Breakfast is simple but enjoyable we loved the fresh breads and condiments. My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make coffee/tea whenever we would have liked one. This hotel is a budget hotel we expected simplicity and not extravagance. Fantastic base in the heart of the city and only a 10 minute walk to the Gare TGV where buses and trains are available for travelling to near areas. Highly recommend taking the number 3 bus to the Oniria Aquarium and the beach.

No towel rails, soap or basin plug. Shower top bracket missing. TV channels did not cater for English visitors.

We had a day room but booked the night and the management generously gave us a late check out and a nice breakfast.

Check in was easy, I booked and then an hour later I was in my room. The location is very central, only 10 mins walk from the old town and next to bus links.
My room was clean although a little shabby, marks on the floor and walls but nothing that bothered me. I had plenty space and the shower worked well too.
Only a small thing but when I tried to buy something from the vending machines in reception they were not working.

Clean accommodation close to the centre. Warm welcome and educational synopsis of city history offered by receptionist. However, the stay was ruined by the presence of drunken English limeys who urinated outside the main door of the hotel without a care for anyone. The TV in the room didn't work and wasn't even connected! While this was an annoyance it was nothing compared to the Saxons in the hotel.
