Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast spread, relatively quiet surroundings.

Booked last minute due to my cancellation of flight. They have renovation during my stay so a little bit uncomfortable. Breakfast not included, pay extra for it. I had issue when check in, take quite long to solve, wait for almost 1 hour. The location at the heart of CBD, walked around at night to see Chris**as light. Amenities standard, no laundry service at the moment due to renovation, asked receptionist and she direct me to laundry service nearby.

Booked 2 rooms in Dec 2023 for May 2024 stay. Was given rooms on 2nd floor looking out to rooftop & facing central air-con condenser unit. Considering the price paid, is definitely unworthy of it.. The rooms were not well maintained.

It was a little shabby, but you get what you pay for. The free coffee for being a member of their program was nice.

Reception is the worst. Every time I have to wait for the service at least 10 to 15 minutes . Espectually the one in the photo she works so slow and has no service mind to us at all for 5 days while we stay there. Also there is a construction going on there so it is very noisy during a daytime. Housekeepers forget to fill up things every single day like facial tissue/towels and etc...i would not recommend to stay here due to the behavior of the reception staffs .....Also the photo of the room on ads is totally different from the reality .

Hotel is nicely situated in Perth CBD, walking distance to harbour and restaurants. Room was cleaned daily, always fresh towels and friendly staff!
