„The Wangle is a very comfortable hotel located in a great area- near shops, restaurants etc -but within easy access via a short taxi trip to the Giant Buddha scenic area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I really liked the relaxed vibe of the hotel. It was a shame that the pool pump was broken so the pool was closed - as it would have been nice to relax in the pool. Nonetheless, I thoroughly recommend the hotel as it has a nice feel and is excellent value for money.”

The pedestrian street where the hotel is located, is gorgepusly colorful illuminated in the evening until around 23:00 Xiaoyan, the hotel staff is very helpful and escorted me to my room and explained everything regarding the functionaliity of the room. Check in was also efficiently done by Xiaoyan. Thank you. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Food was sooo deliciois and competitively reasonably priced according to my opinion compared to prices in the Netherlands. The atmosphere at the bar overlooking the river is nice. Definitely want to come back again in the near future.”

While the basics were covered, items like quality toiletries, snacks, or a stocked minibar were either minimal or missing altogether. There was also a noticeable lack of small conveniences, such as extra pillows or bottled water without having to request them. That said, the comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch location more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leshan—especially those who value a peaceful and convenient place to stay over luxurious extras.”
