Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

I arrived almost midnight, since I can’t read Chinese characters, I walked along the alley to look for the hotel , as I have already walked pass the hotel , I heard a woman asked me .. which hotel I looked for , then I told her Chenyuan hotel.. I was so surprised , she is the owner of the hotel and took me to the lobby area.  The lady boss is really nice person, she explained everything about the Mount Emei pilgrimage. 🙏🙏 The hotel room is really nice  ( exactly like the picture ), the bed is really cozy.  I have a very good sleep, I stayed for 2 nights. All the amenities is complete 😍😍 In the future if I want to go back to Mount Emei, I will definitely will choose this hotel  again.   Thank you so much.  And I wish the lady boss has a prosperous business 🙏🙏

We had the most incredible experience staying at this hotel apartment! The customer service was truly the best we’ve ever had. Despite accidentally booking the wrong dates, they accommodated us without hesitation. Our original room was unavailable, but instead of downsizing, they generously gave us two rooms at no extra charge. Beyond that, their kindness went above and beyond—when my friend lost his phone in a cab late at night, the owner personally spent an hour making calls to track it down. Thanks to their efforts, the police returned the phone in the middle of the night! The apartments themselves are spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet, peaceful village—perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 service and hospitality!

Second time staying here. Amazing location, right beside the tourist buss to go to Emeishan. I was a bit disappointed to find out my room didn’t have a heater but the bed heater was great and kept me nice and toasty. The rooms are very specious and the staff are always kind. The hallway carries sound but it quiets down at a reasonable time.

If you’re planning to go up to Mount Emei Golden Summit early to beat the crowd, Linggongli, which is located at mid-levels of Mount Emei, is a great place to put up the night. This place may not have many hotels and this hotel may not have many rooms but has air conditioning, floor heating and bed heating that ensures you can sleep comfortably even during nights with freezing temperatures. The rooms are super clean and staffs super friendly. We booked the 3 extended courtyard rooms and had our afternoon tea session on day of arrival. The hotel serves early breakfast upon request and we had one of our best dinners in a private room that night. What’s more incredible is we literally walked 1 minute to the Scenic Area Entrance to start our short journey up to the Golden Summit early. There were no long queues for the bus ride and cable car up. We were early to view the sea of clouds and got to see the sun rising above it. On our way down, the tour group crowds started swarming upwards but likewise we had we didn’t encounter cable car and bus queues.

What a lovely place! The hotel is very nice, clean and in good location. Breakfast in Chinese styes. We love it! They have a hot spring as well and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to the emeishan ticket center within 3-5 mins. Surrounding area also have to small waterfall which it is really peacefully. Recommended!

Simple homestay in the heart of the Yinlin pavilion area. An ideal location if you want to explore this part of Emei mountains and like to stay in nature. Quietness, restaurant, beautiful location inside of scenic area. Because it is in the heart of the scenic area your trip from busstation needs to be arranged. Friendly and helpful staff

Udogodnienia w hotelu: Pokoje są duże, ładnie urządzone i ciepłe. Obsługa hotelowa: Pani w recepcji była bardzo miła i nawet zmieniła nam standard pokoju. Higiena w hotelu: czysto i schludnie, cena pokoju jest bardzo przystępna i opłacalna. Otoczenie hotelu: Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się kawiarnie Luckin Coffee i Mixue, a także wiele supermarketów i restauracji. Transport jest bardzo wygodny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć to malownicze miejsce, możesz wsiąść do autobusu jadącego bezpośrednio do Centrum Turystycznego Huangwan.

The room has a small balcony, handy for luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. It was spotless, with well-kept plants adding to the ambiance. We enjoyed how quiet it was, both day and night, despite being surrounded by plenty of dining options. As an added bonus, you can head up to the third floor for lovely river views. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

Jest trochę zaniedbany, ale spełnia twoje potrzeby. Mieszkałem na czwartym piętrze i nie było mi tam zbyt przyjemnie, w tym sensie, że komar wciąż wlatywał i mnie ugryzł w nocy (można go było usłyszeć w pokoju). A ponieważ nie było solidnej ściany oddzielającej cię od salonu (była tylko półka), nie było sposobu, aby skutecznie odizolować komara. Do nocnej owsianki dołączono również kawałek włosów, więc od tego momentu przestałem prosić o nocną owsiankę. Personel nie jest zbyt miły i jest w zasadzie dość niegrzeczny. Na przykład pani, która zrobiła mi herbatę z mlekiem i większość personelu recepcji z wyjątkiem jednego. Muszę pozdrowić kierowcę autobusu; był niesamowicie przyjazny i naprawdę sprawił, że poczułem się mile widziany, podczas gdy wszyscy inni sprawili, że poczułem się jak utrapienie. Mój chiński nie jest zbyt dobry, ale staram się, jak mogę, a pani, która zrobiła darmową herbatę z mlekiem, zachowywała się jak ciężar, gdy prosiłem ją o powtórzenie czegoś i nawet nie zawracała sobie głowy tłumaczeniem, o co chodzi. Nie są też tak przyjaźni na WeChat w porównaniu do innych hoteli, w których się zatrzymałem. Ponownie muszę pochwalić kierowcę autobusu wahadłowego. Nigdy nie dowiedziałem się jego imienia, ale był tak wesoły i miły. Kilka razy pomógł mi też odetkać toaletę; nie jestem pewien, czy był jakiś problem z instalacją wodno-kanalizacyjną, ale prawie za każdym razem się zatykała, więc niestety często do niego dzwoniłem. Ale był tak cierpliwy i pomocny za każdym razem i jest punktem kulminacyjnym mojego pobytu. Wszyscy inni powinni przyjąć jego postawę, zamiast być zimnym na czacie obsługi klienta WeChat lub po prostu krzyczeć na ciebie, bo masz problem ze zrozumieniem opcji darmowej herbaty z mlekiem.
