Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

To jest trochę wyjątkowe miejsce. Hotel znajduje się tuż przy własnej prywatnej plaży. Jest bardzo odizolowany od wszystkiego innego, co może być miłe, jeśli w ogóle nie chcesz opuszczać hotelu. Chcieliśmy wybrać się do miasta wieczorami, co jest pewnym wyzwaniem. Najpierw trzeba wziąć samochód golfowy (który kursuje tylko do 22:00), a następnie przesiąść się na trójkołowy. Trójkołowce nie dojadą bezpośrednio do hotelu, ponieważ ostatni odcinek drogi jest zbyt stromy i kręty. Inną opcją jest spacer wzdłuż plaży przez 20 minut zamiast korzystania z samochodu golfowego na ostatnim odcinku, co zrobiliśmy kilka razy. Nie jest to zbyt niebezpieczne, ale są tam bezdomne psy. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji było włoskie i po prostu w porządku, nic niesamowitego. Obsługa nie była świetna. Dwie kobiety wydają się wiedzieć, jak prowadzić hotel, ale reszta personelu była raczej bezużyteczna. Często wydawali się zirytowani, nawet gdy po prostu zamawialiśmy jedzenie. Kiedyś zapytaliśmy o tyrolkę, która jest dosłownie tuż obok, a oni nic o niej nie wiedzieli (cena, czas, jak się tam dostać). Zorganizowali dla nas wycieczkę, która była świetna, ale jakoś pomylili rezerwację, więc przewodnik pomyślał, że jest nas tylko dwoje, a nie czworo, co skutkowało mniejszą ilością jedzenia na lunch. A potem jeszcze doliczyli nam więcej za wycieczkę. Nasz pokój był w porządku. Czysty i bez insektów. Tak, wszystko słychać, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Pokój był jednak sprzątany tylko na życzenie. Cały obszar jest piękny, ale było kilka rzeczy, które nas denerwowały. Więc nie wróciłabym tam.

My fiance and I stayed in villa 3 with the private pool. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone however here are some things to note. The hill and walk up to the villas is not mild. Definitely worth considering if you have difficulties with steep hills, it would be a good 2-5mins up hill. Villa 3 felt like the smallest villa of the 3, however had the longest pool. Unfortunately for villa's 2 & 3 the day beds are on top of each other (villa 2 above villa 3). This made it a little awkward relaxing during our stay. Villa 1 has a very private area. Worth a note that the resort has a strict no lotion or sunscreen policy, which unfortunately even despite my best efforts, resulted in a lasting sunburn. Overall a lovely experience and the views make it all worth while. Thank you Viewdeck for a wonderful stay.
