Unfortunately the room and bathroom smelt of ammonia, grout was missing in bathroom floor tiles. No plug for washbasin. Bed was awful as mattress sank very badly into the middle.

Got £100 parking fine ,was not told about the car park ,so a very expensive stay, trying to get Britannia parking to do anything about it is pointless , hotel need to sort out this nonsense

Ita only in the room i didn't have any bins and couldn't switch offtge heater si was too hot.
But its the place i wantto come back

I got to the room, they was poo stuck on the toilet pot had to clean it. Shower was not working, my room was room 60

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, room was spacious and clean. Nice deep bath with decent water pressure and water nice and hot. Bed was very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and bar/dining area was lovely. Plenty of onsite parking. I would stay again and recommend.

Was supposed to be a superior room. Very disappointed mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Flickering lights in the bathroom not ideal for people with epilepsy. Carpets dirty and stained. Uncomfortable bed cheap pillows duvet cover way too big for duvet. No dinner served so had to eat off site. Will not return.

This hotel was great for the price. Yes it was a bit dated and mattress was a bit well used but still worth it for the money. The staff member I was checked in by was warm and friendly. Parking is free and location is about 5/10 minutes walk from town.
Had a shower over the bath, the water pressure was great too.
Thank you to staff.
