"This was our fourth visit over 2 years so familiar with the hotel. This time the heater/cooling unit was very noisy during the night and bathroom needed an update as looked a bit tattered. Our room was on the 3rd floor which looked like it was not updated like the first or second floor, where we stayed before. The good points: the beds were very comfortable along with the very ice bedding. Also the staff was very friendly and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was excellent: lot's of choice and a esspresso maker, my favorite! I would stay there again but ask for room on first or second floor, if possible."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly like a cat litter box, which made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. The cleanliness was definitely not up to standard, and to make matters worse, our room keys didn’t work about 90% of the time. Thankfully, we were on the first floor and close to the front desk, or we would’ve been locked out repeatedly. Overall, not a place I’d recommend or return to."

"Hotel location is very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also, it’s convenient to drive to some famous spots for sightseeing, like museums and the ferry to the Lift Lock. The staffs were very nice and friendly. We were appreciated to have a quiet and comfy room to stay on 3/floor. Since we overlook the breakfast time which ended at 10am and we were late for 5mins, the server was tidying up the food counter. However, she was nice to let us grab some food to eat. To avoid her waiting us to clean up, we ate very quickly and was not able to take pictures. Breakfast was okay with muffins, pancakes, toasts, fried eggs & sausages, fruits, coffee and juice. In short, a good place to recommend."

"The hotel is very close to the airport. It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi. It costs about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very hygienic and clean. The front desk service is also very good. It is very close to the TD Bank, supermarket and dollar store. There is breakfast but there is not much variety. I stayed for a few days. It cost more than 200 Canadian dollars a day without changing the taste. The price is not expensive. I will stay here next time and recommend it to my relatives and friends nearby👍"
