Sadly not a good pick despite high star rating. Very, very loud room near the parking lot and exit door. Thin ceilings and so much noise. Bath tub had no stopper so you could not use it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The buffet was disappointing. The staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were spacious. Definitely would not stay here again.

I reserved two twin beds but we got the King bed sofa bed. We arrived the hotel around 9 and had a 6Am flight to catch next morning. I looked for front desk and was told that no twin beds were left. We were given a king suit with two big “vents” or something outside, which was very very loud and it was running and making big noise all night! In the morning, I was told that reservation was done through 3rd party. No room type was guaranteed. So be careful with this Hotel. The staff & service are terrible. When room was reserved, room type must be selected and it impacts the price! twin bed room was available upon my reservation then my reservation was supposed to be valid! It was my first terrible experience with a hotel stay during years! Be careful about this hotel! You may want to call to confirm your room type in advance and ask for documentation as they don’t take the reservation from 3rd party!! Also, ask for avoiding the noisy vents outside! Room211! Avoid this terrible room!!! Staff is not friendly and didn’t put any effort to help!! Very disappointing experience!

This was a delightful stay! The appearance of the hotel is not what you expect of Hilton but our stay exceeded expectations! From the reception staff through the room amenities, the bar tender and the tasty simple dinner, to the shuttle driver, we were completely satisfied. Thank you.

Even with our late arrival everyone was very helpful friendly. Airport shuttle easy to find checkin super helpful and great room and breakfast.

We paid to park our car for the week while we traveled to Florida. I parked in the wrong area and during that week the car was towed away for reseal of the parking lot. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and kept a calm demeanor through the entire ordeal, which helped me stay calm and collected. i commend them for that!

Easy check in, personable staff, clean facility and room, some features arent present as in other properties but for one night its all good. Recommended!

Our room was not cleaned properly before we got there. Found items in room you should never find in a hotel room. Some items in room did not work properly. on the other hand, they were great to give me a free dessert and wine for my birthday.

I stayed here the night before an early flight the next morning. Nice to have dining and a bar on site. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service was excellent.
